How to add a basic cookie consent banner to your website to inform visitors about cookie usage and collect their consent.

  1. From WP Admin, navigate to Plugins>Add New.

  2. In the search bar, type Cookie Consent and press Enter.
  3. Click Install Now.
  4. Once installed, click Activate.
  5. From WP Admin, navigate to plugins.
    After activation, the Elementor Cookie Consent plugin will be ready for configuration, and a new menu item for its settings will appear in your WordPress dashboard.
    You can now set up a simple banner at the bottom of your site with options to accept or decline cookies.
  6. Navigate to Elementor>Cookie Consent.

  8. In the window, make sure you’re connecting Cookie Consent to your Elementor user. If you’re not connecting to your user account, click Switch User and log into your account.

  9. Choose a template for your cookie consent banner:

    1. Banner: Runs along the bottom of the screen.
    2. Box: placed at the lower left of your screen.
