Update your billing information

Update your subscription billing address

Your billing address is used to generate your invoices and therefore it’s important to keep it up-to-date.

To update your billing address:

1. From your WordPress dashboard, click Subscriptions.
   
2. Click Manage this subscription.
3. Scroll down to the Billing Address section.
   
4. Click the pencil icon .
   
5. Fill in your updated email and mailing address.
   
6. Click Save.

Update your subscription billing information

If you change your payment method, for example if you get a different credit card, it’s important to update your billing information to ensure your subscription does not run out.

To update your billing information:

1. From your WordPress dashboard, click Subscriptions.
   
2. Click Manage this subscription.
3. Scroll down to the Billing Information section.
   
4. Click the pencil icon .
   
5. Click Update billing information.
   
6. Fill in your updated billing information.
   
7. Click Add.

Update your account billing information

When you purchase a new subscription, you’ll be able to change your billing address and method.

To change your account billing address and method:

1. From your WordPress dashboard, click Subscriptions.
   
2. Click Buy a new subscription.
3. Choose a subscription plan.
   
4. Fill in your updated email and billing address.
   
5. Click Continue.
   
6. Fill in your updated payment method.
   
7. Click Pay Now.
