Troubleshooting – The Web Accessibility widget not displayed

Last Update: June 23, 2026

The issue

The Web Accessibility widget does not appear on the frontend

Troubleshooting steps

Try the following to display the Web Accessibility widget:

  1. Make sure the Web Accessibility tool is installed and activated.
  2. Go to WP Admin > Web Accessibility and connect the plugin to your Elementor account. See Install and activate Web Accessibility for details.
  3. Complete the connection steps and confirm the account.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, try the following:

  • If you are using an optimization plugin like WP Rocket LS Cache with JS concatenation, ensure that the Web Accessibility widget is excluded from optimization by adding the following URL to the exclusion list: cdn.elementor.com/a11y/widget.js
  • Open the browser console and look for the error: Refused to load the script “””” because it violates the Content Security Policy directive. If it appears, it means the widget is not loading due to your site’s Content Security Policy (CSP) settings. To fix this, add the following to the script-src directive: http://cdn.elementor.com/
