Keep your pre-installed plugins and themes up-to-date

To ensure that you’re always working with the most up-to-date technology, Elementor Hosting automatically updates any pre-installed plugins and themes. This includes:

  • Elementor
  • Elementor Pro
  • Activity Log
  • The Hello Theme

Disable auto-updates

You have the option to turn these auto-updates off.

Turn off auto-updates for plugins 
Go to the plugins tab Keep your pre-installed plugins and themes up-to-date 25

  1. From WP Admin, go to the Plugins tab.

    Select Disable auto updates Keep your pre-installed plugins and themes up-to-date 29
  3. Click Disable auto-updates.

Turn off auto-updates for themes

  1. From WP Admin, go to the Appearance tab. 
  2. Locate the plugin that you don’t want to auto update.

  3. Click Disable auto-updates.
