Adding falling snow to your website is a great way get into the Christmas festive spirit. For this, all we need to do is embed a small piece of CSS, using Elementor’s custom CSS feature. Get the CSS Snow Effect code: https://elementor.com/christmas-snow-…
hi everyone and welcome to a very Merry
Christmas tutorial today I will show you
how to achieve this amazing snowfall
effect in your elemental website for
this we’re going to be using small bit
of CSS code now don’t be alarmed because
with elemental pro’s custom CSS feature
it’s extremely easy to apply this
anywhere on your web site and with the
help of our super talented dev team we
prepared this short CSS snippet which
you can simply copy and paste to your
page and you’re good to go for this
video I’ll use one of our decorative
Christmas templates which is also
available in our library for you to use
now let’s dive right in so I’ll go to
our menu click on page settings go to
the style tab and open the custom CSS
and I’ll paste in our CSS snippet which
I’ll link to in the description what
happens here is we just created a CSS
class called snow – B G now all we have
to do is just simply paste into the
Advanced Settings of any element in our
website and this will apply the snow
effect to it so for example let’s choose
our header section go to the advanced
step
and simply paste in the snow – BG class
in here and as you can see the effect is
applied immediately this effect is
actually achieved by animating three
images of snowflakes a quick note here
right now these images are stored on an
external server and if you want to be
super sure that they stay there forever
you can simply download them and upload
them on your own website by simply
changing the links in here now let’s go
on and apply this effect to a column so
for this example I will quickly change
one of our columns into a darker color
so you can clearly see the effect all I
have to do now is choose this column go
to the Advanced tab and paste in the
snow – BG into the CSS class area and
there you have it
I can also apply this effect on a widget
so if for example I choose our Christmas
tree image go to the Advanced tab and
paste in the CSS class there you have it
it gets our snowfall effect I can
actually use this trick anywhere in my
page and decorate my website as I see
fit
