Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Studio plan Promotion, and the following shall also apply.

The Discount Offers are listed here and are subject to change at any time.

The Promotion begins on August 23rd, 2022, at 3:30 EST, and ends on Nov 8th, 2022, at 03:00 EST. (the “Promotion” or “Promotion Coupon”).

Discounts and Terms

Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

• All Promotion discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
• The Promotion shall allow you to receive a 40% off discount on the purchase of the Studio Plan.
• If you do not purchase the Pro Studio Subscription Plan, the discount will not apply.
• We may decline to provide the Promotion offer for a specific user.
• The Promotion applies ONLY to new license purchases¹ and/or new additional license (without canceling the current one) and\or license upgrades, and does NOT apply to any license renewals.
• If you wish to upgrade to the Studio Plan, you will only be required to pay the Discounted Studio plan minus the remaining value of your current plan².
• The discount is personal and non-transferable.
• The Promotion offer does NOT apply to users that made a purchase before the Promotion, who issued and received any refund between August 23rd and Nov 8th.
• If you ask for a refund after purchasing a license with the Promotion Coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
• The Promotion cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts.
• Any misuse or abuse of the discount offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, or; temporarily or permanently revoke of the license, or; terminate the access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
