Essential plan discount – Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Essential Plan Promotion, and the following shall also apply.

The Discount Offers are listed here. The Promotion shall begin on May 12th, 2024, at 3:30 EST, and will end on May 18th, 2024, at 23:59 EST. (the “Promotion” or “Promotion Coupon”).

Discounts and Terms

Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

• All Promotion discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
• The Promotion shall allow you to receive a 16.9% discount (-$10) on the purchase of the Essential Plan (the “Discount”).
• If you do not purchase the Pro Essential Subscription Plan, the Discount will not apply.
• We may decline to provide the Promotion offer for a specific user.
• The Promotion applies ONLY to new license purchases¹ and/or new additional licenses (without canceling the current one) and does NOT apply to any license renewals.
• The Promotion applies only to 1st-year payments. Renewals shall be at the list price ($59).
• The Discount is personal and non-transferable.
• The Promotion offer does NOT apply to users who purchased the Promotion, issued and received any refund between May 12th and May 18th.
• If you ask for a refund after purchasing a license with the Promotion Coupon, the Coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
• The Promotion cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts.
• Any misuse or abuse of the discount offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revoke of the license, or; termination of the access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
