Users of the Coupon are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Coupon is subject to termination or modification at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
- The Coupon can only be redeemed within the Coupon Term.
- Elementor AI product is not included in the Coupon.
- We may decline to provide the Coupon for a specific User.
- The Coupon shall only apply once, and will not apply for any renewal.
- When upgrading your subscription, we will subtract the balance left for your current subscription after the Coupon is applied. The balance is a prorated amount based on the time left for your current subscription until the end of its period. Once upgraded, your subscription annual period will restart.
- The Coupon is personal and non-transferable.
- If you request a refund after upgrading with the Coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- The Coupon cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts.
- When using the Coupons, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive other Coupon offers from us.
- Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, or; temporary or permanent revoking of the license, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
