Conference Release Terms – Elementor

By participating in any activities related to Elementor Ltd. (“Elementor”) projects (the “Deliverables”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Rights Granted to Elementor
   You grant Elementor an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and perpetual right to photograph you, record your voice, and use your physical likeness, name, image, performances, and appearances in connection with the Deliverables. These materials may be used by Elementor for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to advertising, marketing, publicity, promotion, and commercial exploitation, through any media or communication channel now known or hereafter developed.
   
   
2. Ownership and Use
   All rights, title, and interest in and to the Deliverables shall be the sole property of Elementor. Elementor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to edit, modify, reproduce, display, broadcast, publish, or refrain from using the Deliverables or any portion thereof.
   
   
3. No Compensation
   You acknowledge and agree that you shall not be entitled to any payment, royalties, compensation, or other consideration for the use of your likeness, voice, name, or performance as part of the Deliverables.
   
   
4. Waiver of Claims
   You agree not to assert any claim or initiate any legal proceeding against Elementor or any party acting on its behalf in connection with the use of your likeness, voice, or performance in the Deliverables. You further agree not to take any action that may damage Elementor’s reputation or goodwill.
   
   
5. Editing and Discretionary Use
   You authorize Elementor and its representatives to edit, alter, or modify the Deliverables in whole or in part, at their sole discretion. You understand and agree that Elementor is under no obligation to use the Deliverables or any part thereof.
   
   

By continuing to participate in any activities related to the Deliverables, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the above terms. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. If any provision herein is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
