Logging emails allows you to track your emails, supplying valuable data such as how many emails reach their destination, how many are opened and how many are not delivered. This can help you make sure customers receive important notices and help improve customer support.
You must have email logging enabled in order to resend emails and access the content of sent emails.
To enable email logging:
- Go to WP Admin.
- Navigate to Settings>Site Mailer.
- Click General Settings.
- Scroll down to the Save email content section.
- Toggle on.
Your Site Mailer emails are being logged, you can review them in the email log.
Disable email logging
- To disable email logging, follow the above procedure but toggle to switch to off.
