From time to time we offer eligible users a discount coupon (the “Coupon”). The specific details of each offer – the discount, the Elementor plans it applies to, and the period during which it can be redeemed (the “Coupon Term”) – are set out in the offer email in which you received the Coupon (the “Offer Email”). These terms apply to every Coupon we issue, in addition to our Terms of Service and our Online Store Policies. Where the Offer Email and these terms conflict, these terms prevail, unless the Offer Email expressly states otherwise.
Who the offer is for
The Coupon is available and intended only for the Elementor users identified in the Offer Email, and only in respect of the Elementor plans identified there (the “Plans”). We may decline to provide the Coupon to a specific user.
How is it going to work?
- Where the Coupon is offered for the purpose of upgrading your current Elementor plan (the “Current Plan”) to a higher-tier plan (the “Upgraded Plan”), the eligible upgrade paths are those described in the Offer Email.
- To use the Coupon enter the coupon code at checkout, as described in the Offer Email.
- The final price, including any credit for your current subscription, is shown on the checkout page.
- When upgrading your subscription, we will subtract the balance left on your Current Plan after the Coupon is applied. The balance is a prorated amount based on the time left in your current subscription until the end of its period. Once upgraded, your annual subscription period will restart.

Users of the Coupon are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- The Coupon can only be redeemed within the Coupon Term stated in the Offer Email, and will not be honored after it ends.
- Unless the Offer Email expressly states otherwise, the Coupon may be redeemed once per customer and once per account. It applies only to the transaction at checkout to which it is applied, and will not apply to any renewal or to any subsequent billing period. Following the discounted transaction, your subscription will renew automatically at the then-current full list price for the applicable plan, as described in our Online Store Policies, unless you turn off automatic renewal beforehand.
- The Coupon applies only to the Plans identified in the Offer Email. Elementor AI products are not included in any Coupon unless the Offer Email expressly states otherwise.
- The Coupon is intended for the user to whom we sent it. It may not be sold, resold, transferred, published or otherwise shared, and we may disable it and cancel any order placed with it where it has been published, resold, posted to a coupon or deal aggregator, or otherwise distributed beyond its intended recipients.
- The Coupon cannot be combined with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts.
- The discount is calculated on the applicable list price before taxes. Applicable taxes are added at checkout and calculated on the discounted amount, as described in our Online Store Policies.
- The Coupon has no cash value and is not redeemable or exchangeable for cash. It cannot be applied to a transaction that has already been completed, so if the Coupon does not apply at checkout, please contact our support team before completing your purchase.
- The Refunds section of our Online Store Policies applies to any purchase made using a Coupon. Where a refund or credit is given in respect of a purchase made with a Coupon, it is calculated on the amount you actually paid; the value of the discount itself is not refunded and is not paid out in cash or credit.
- We may extend, shorten, modify, suspend or terminate a Coupon offer at any time, and may decline to grant or honor a Coupon in respect of any user or transaction, at our sole discretion, including in the case of a technical error or an incorrectly published price or discount. Where we do so after you have already completed a purchase using the Coupon, we will honor that purchase or, at your election, cancel it and refund the amount you paid for it.
- Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered, or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts, including opening more than one account in order to redeem a Coupon more than once, may result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, cancellation of the related order, a charge at the full list price, or temporary or permanent revoking of the license, or termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
- Coupons are offered only where permitted by applicable law and are void where prohibited.
- Where we send you a Coupon by email, we do so on the basis of your existing marketing preferences or another lawful basis. Redeeming a Coupon does not change those preferences, and you can update them or unsubscribe at any time.
