Referral Program Terms and Conditions

The English version of this Agreement and all related policies is the official and legally binding version. Translations, if provided, are for convenience only and shall not be considered official.

Sections below begin with a brief “Plain-Language Summary.” These short notes do not override the legal wording that follows; they exist solely to help participants understand the key points quickly.

1. Introduction & Definitions

Plain-Language Summary — This section explains what the Program is and defines key terms so there’s no confusion later.

1.1 Scope

These Referral Program Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern your participation in the Elementor Referral Program (the “Program”). By taking any part in the Program you accept this Agreement as well as Elementor’s main Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, each incorporated here by reference.

Plain-Language Summary — You must be at least 18, have a good-standing Elementor account, and you can’t refer yourself or abuse the Program.

2.1 Participant Criteria

1. Age & Capacity — Participants must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction).

2. Account Standing — Referrers must maintain an active Elementor subscription or free account in good standing, as determined by Elementor.

3. Excluded Users — Elementor may exclude certain license types (e.g., enterprise or educational accounts) from the Program.

2.2 Ineligible Activities

• Self-Referrals — Creating additional accounts for yourself or acting as the primary user for the Referred Customer is prohibited.

• Commercial Exploitation — Using the Program to resell subscriptions, run coupon-site campaigns, or other commercial-style activities is prohibited.

• Any fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior (e.g., bulk email spamming, fake emails, disposable domains) will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.

3. Referral Process & Tracking

Plain-Language Summary — Share your link with friends. If a friend who has never bought Elementor (or has zero purchases) buys an eligible plan, they get a discount and you earn credit.

3.1 Generating & Sharing Links

Referrers generate their unique Referral Link in the My Elementor portal and may share it by lawful, non-deceptive means (email, social media, personal websites). Referral Links may not be:

• Posted to coupon or deal aggregators;
• Used in paid advertising or keyword bidding without Elementor’s prior written approval;
• Embedded in unsolicited bulk messages (“spam“).

3.2 Referral Landing Page

Each Referral Link routes to a landing page listing the products currently eligible for the Program. When an eligible visitor selects “Buy Now,” the Referral Coupon is applied automatically at checkout provided the user:

1. Is new to Elementor or an existing user with no prior purchases; and
2. Completes a Qualified Purchase.

3.3 Coupon-Eligibility Rules

• Eligible if purchaser is (a) a brand-new Elementor user, or (b) an existing user with zero prior purchases.
• Ineligible if purchaser has already completed at least one paid transaction, or if the purchaser is attempting to redeem a coupon generated from their own Referrer account.

3.4 Tracking Window

Referral attribution is cookie-based. The cookie lasts 45 days. If the visitor clears cookies or clicks a subsequent Referral Link, the most recent link controls.

4. Rewards & Incentives

Plain-Language Summary — Both sides win: your friend gets a discount on their first purchase, and you get credit. There are caps and expiry dates to keep it fair.

4.1 Double-Sided Incentive

• Referred Customer Discount — percentage off the first subscription purchase as shown on the promotion page.
• Referrer Reward — For each Qualified Purchase, Elementor issues the Referrer a Referral Credit of $5 (or local equivalent). Referral Credits may be applied by the Referrer (i) toward any new Elementor purchase or (ii) toward a manual renewal of an existing subscription.

4.2 Caps & Expiry

• Validity — Referral Credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• Non-Cash, Non-Transferable — Credits cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user.

4.3 Issuance Schedule

Credits are granted monthly, after Elementor confirms that the Referred Customer’s payment is outside the 30-day refund window. Elementor will email a statement showing total Eligible Referrals and the resulting credit code.

5. Program Guidelines & Prohibited Conduct

Plain-Language Summary — Play fair: no spam, no impersonation, respect our brand, and comply with laws.

1. No Impersonation — Do not represent yourself as an Elementor employee or agent.

2. Brand Use — You may use Elementor trademarks only as provided in official referral assets and only for Program purposes.

3. No Paid Search or Coupon Sites — Unless you have written permission, you may not bid on “Elementor” keywords or post on coupon aggregators.

4. Compliance with Laws — All sharing must comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL, the Australian Spam Act, and any other applicable legislation.

Elementor may withhold or revoke rewards and suspend accounts for any breach of this Section 5.

6. Data Privacy & Consent

Plain-Language Summary — We never take a friend’s data until they say it’s OK. Everyone can see, correct, or delete their data.

6.1 Consent Mechanics

Elementor does not receive personal data about a Referred Customer from the Referrer. The Referred Customer voluntarily enters their details on the checkout page and must provide explicit consent (un-checked box) to receive communications.

6.2 Privacy Policy

All data is processed according to Elementor’s Privacy Policy and in full compliance with GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, CASL, the Australian Spam Act 2003, and any other applicable law. Participants may exercise their data-subject rights (access, deletion, portability, etc.) by following the instructions in the Privacy Policy.

6.3 Financial-Incentive Disclosure (CCPA)

Elementor offers Referral Credits and Referred Customer discounts in exchange for personal data as described herein. Details of the incentive calculation are provided in Section 4.

7. Intellectual Property & Branding

Plain-Language Summary — Use our logo only as allowed. Don’t alter it or suggest sponsorship beyond this Program.

Elementor grants Referrers a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to display designated Elementor marks solely to promote the Program, subject to the Elementor Brand Guidelines. Any goodwill generated belongs exclusively to Elementor.

8. Modification, Suspension & Termination

Plain-Language Summary — We can change or end the Program, but we’ll let you know and honor credits you’ve already earned.

Elementor may modify, pause, or terminate the Program (or this Agreement) at any time in its sole discretion. Material changes will be announced by email and/or in-app notification. If the Program ends, valid, unexpired Referral Credits issued before the termination date will remain usable under their original terms.

Elementor may immediately suspend or terminate a participant’s access to the Program for fraud, abuse, or breach of this Agreement, and may cancel any pending rewards.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Plain-Language Summary — Our total liability is limited; you agree to cover us if your misuse causes problems.

9.1 Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elementor’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Program shall not exceed US $50.

9.2 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Elementor, its affiliates, and employees from any third-party claim arising out of (i) your breach of this Agreement, (ii) your misuse of the Program, or (iii) your violation of any law or third-party right.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Plain-Language Summary — If we disagree, we’ll try to resolve it informally first; if that fails, courts in Tel Aviv decide.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms, or the rights and obligations of Referrers, Referred Customers, and Elementor in connection with the Program, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without giving effect to any choice-of-law or conflict-of-law provisions.

Each participant irrevocably:

1. Submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the Tel Aviv–Yafo District, Israel for any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to the Program or these Terms; and

2. Waives any objection to venue or to the jurisdiction of such courts, including any claim of inconvenient forum or lack of personal jurisdiction.

Before filing any claim, the parties must first attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally by providing written notice and engaging in discussions for a period of at least thirty (30) days.

11. Updates & Notification of Changes

Plain-Language Summary — We’ll email you or notify you in-app when we change these terms. Continuing to use the Program means you accept the new terms.

Elementor will post any changes to these Terms on our website and update the “Last Updated” date. Material changes will also be communicated via email or in-app banner. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
