Promotion Terms and Conditions

Elementor is offering its new Hosting users a free domain for one year! The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to this Promotion, and the following shall also apply. The discount offer is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. The Promotion begins on September 16th, 2024, at 7:00 EST, and shall end at our sole discretion. (the “Promotion”). The Promotion shall allow you to receive a free domain for your website, free of charge, for your first year (the “Benefit”). 

Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Benefit, you must meet all of the following criteria: 

• Purchase one of our Hosting plans within the Promotion term
• Activate the free domain voucher via the “My Elementor” dashboard

2. Verification and Compliance

• Our team may verify your compliance with the eligibility criteria. In case of any discrepancies, the Benefit will not be granted.
• We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.

3. The Benefit

• Qualified customers will receive a voucher for a free domain for one year from the purchase date, directly to their “My Elementor” dashboard.
• The Benefit includes access to a free domain from a third-party service provider. As activating the voucher you will be redirected to the third-party’s Website to redeem the Benefit.
• For the avoidance of doubt, the domain you get from the third-party service provider, shall be subject to their own terms and conditions, make sure you review them too.

4. Usage and Restrictions

• The Benefit is personal and non-transferable and may only be used by a qualified user, one domain per subscription.
• The Promotion shall only apply for the first year of the Hosting subscription, and will not apply to any renewals.
• We may decline to provide the Promotion for a specific user.
• In case of a refund as part of the Company’s 30-day money-back policy, additional fees may be deducted from the refund amount. 

5. Termination of Benefit

• The Promotion is subject to termination at any time without notice at our sole discretion. 
• We reserve the right to terminate the Benefit if any of the eligibility criteria are no longer met during the Promotion period.
• Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revocation of the subscription, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
