Beta Benefit – Site Mailer Promotion Terms and Conditions

Site Mailer by Elementor (“Site Mailer”) is offering its Beta users a one-year subscription benefit. The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to this Promotion, and the following shall also apply. The Discount Offer is subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. The Promotion begins on September 17th, 2024, at 7:00 EST, and ends on September 30th, 2024, at 23:59 EST. (the “Promotion”). The Promotion shall allow you to receive a one-year free Site Mailer subscription (the “Benefit”). 

Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

1. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Benefit on Site Mailer, you must do the following: 

• Activate the benefit code from the Promotion email.
• Give us your feedback on your experience with Site Mailer, at least 200 words, to be sent to the email address mentioned in the Promotion email within 2 weeks from the date of receiving the email  (the “Feedback”).

2. Verification and Compliance

• Your compliance with the eligibility criteria may be verified by our team. In case of any discrepancies, or not sending the Feedback, the Benefit will not be granted.
• We reserve the right to request additional information or documentation to verify eligibility.

3. Subscription Benefit

• Qualified customers will receive a one-year subscription to Site Mailer at no cost.
• This subscription includes access to all standard features of the Site Mailer 1.5K plan as specified in our service offerings at the time of the free subscription.

4. Usage and Restrictions

• The Benefit is personal and non-transferable and may only be used by a qualified user.
• The Promotion shall only apply for the first year of the subscription, and will not apply to any renewals.
• We may decline to provide the Promotion offer for a specific user.

5. Termination of Benefit

• The Promotion is subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice. 
• We reserve the right to terminate the Benefit if any of the eligibility criteria are no longer met during the one-year period.
• Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revocation of the subscription, or; termination of access to the software and services offered by us.

6. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
