Elementor roadmap 2023 Live Event Giveaway - Terms and Conditions

During the live event of “Elementor roadmap 2023” (the “Live Event”) we will conduct a giveaway between the viewers, and you may win a prize! 

The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Giveaway (the “Giveaway”), and the following shall also apply. 

In order to participate in the Giveaway and be considered as a participant (the “Participant”), you need to take an active part in the live chat of the event and ask relevant and on-topic questions. We will choose one of the Participants, announce the winner by mentioning her\his name and invite them to contact us via live@elementor.com to get the Prize. The Giveaway will be on January 23rd, 2023 at 11:00 AM EST, during the Live Event (the “Giveaway  Term” or “Term”).

The Giveaway Terms

Participants of the Giveaway are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

  • The Giveaway is subject to change at any time and to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
  • The winner, chosen by Elementor, will get a USD $100 gift card (the “Prize”):
  • The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.
  • The winner hereby undertakes that her\his name will be announced during the Live Event broadcast, for the sake of transparency. 
  • Any misuse or abuse of the Giveaway or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Giveaway might result in either withdrawal or denial of the participation or the Prize.
  • The winner agrees to provide the needed details for the purpose of receiving the Prize from Elementor.
  • In case the winner cannot get the Prize for technical reasons, he\she may get an equivalent amount in a different method, selected by Elementor, according to its sole discretion. 
  • By participating in the Giveaway the Participant releases Elementor from any liability.
