The Sticklight Terms of Service shall apply to your use of Sticklight, and the following shall also apply. These Promotion terms are supplemental to, and do not replace, limit, or vary, Sticklight’s Terms of Service (legal.sticklight.com/terms) and Sticklight’s Privacy Policy (legal.sticklight.com/privacy), each of which continues to apply in full to your use of Sticklight and to any discount granted under this Promotion. In the event of any conflict between these Promotion terms and Sticklight’s Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.
Eligibility Requirements
In order to participate in the Promotion and be considered a participant (the “Participant”), you must:
- Have registered for, or watched, the [Build more than websites] webinar and have received an invitation to this Promotion from Elementor in the webinar recap email.
- Be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
- Be a first-time purchaser on Sticklight. The Promotion is available only to Participants who have not previously made a paid purchase on Sticklight, and the coupon code cannot be applied to an account that has previously subscribed to a paid Sticklight plan.
- The coupon code SLELAU50 is not personal or uniquely assigned. It can be used by any eligible Participant, but only applies to a first purchase on Sticklight.
- Redeem the coupon code before the expiration date and time set out below.
The Offer
Free trial: Participants can try Sticklight on the Free plan at no cost. The Free plan includes 5 credits per day, refreshed daily, up to a maximum of 6 refreshes per calendar month, for a total of up to 30 free credits per month. Participants may remain on the Free plan indefinitely; there is no obligation to upgrade.
50% discount: Participants are eligible for a one-time 50% discount on their first payment for a paid Sticklight subscription plan, applied through the dedicated coupon code SLELAU50 at checkout.
- The discount is 50% off the applicable plan price and applies to all paid Sticklight subscription plans, on either a monthly or an annual billing basis, according to the Participant’s preference.
- The discount applies to the first payment made at checkout only. On the monthly plan, the discount is applied to the first monthly payment. On the annual plan, the discount is applied to the first annual payment.
- Following that first payment, the subscription will automatically renew at the then-current full list price for the applicable plan, in accordance with the automatic renewal provisions of Sticklight’s Terms of Service, unless the Participant disables automatic renewal beforehand. Participants may disable automatic renewal at any time before the end of the then-current subscription term.
- The discount applies to paid subscription plans only. It does not apply to any other purchase, including additional tokens or credits, add-ons, or any other one-off or à la carte purchase.
- The discount applies only to a first purchase. It cannot be combined with any other offer, coupon, or promotional discount, and cannot be applied to renewals, upgrades, downgrades, or plan changes.
- The discount is calculated on the applicable plan price before taxes. Applicable taxes, including VAT, will be added at checkout and calculated on the discounted amount in accordance with Sticklight’s Terms of Service.
- The discount is not redeemable for cash, has no cash value, and is non-transferable.
Expiration: The coupon code SLELAU50 is valid until August 13, 2026 at 23:59 Israel Standard Time, and will not be honored after that time. Elementor and Sticklight reserve the right to extend or shorten this expiration date at their sole discretion.
How to Redeem
Create a Sticklight account at sticklight.com, select a paid plan on a monthly or annual basis according to your preference, and enter the coupon code SLELAU50 at checkout. The 50% discount will be applied to your first payment as described above. Please note that the coupon code expires on August 13, 2026 at 23:59 Israel Standard Time and cannot be applied after that time.
General Conditions
- This Promotion is intended for Elementor customers who registered for or watched the [Build more than websites webinar and who may be interested in becoming Sticklight customers.
- By joining Sticklight, Participants agree to, Sticklight’s own Terms of Service (legal.sticklight.com/terms) and Privacy Policy (legal.sticklight.com/privacy), which govern Participants’ use of Sticklight and any related communications, and which apply in addition to these Promotion terms.
- The Promotion is offered by Elementor Ltd. in collaboration with Sticklight (Distributed Company Start Zero Ltd.). Sticklight’s services are provided solely by Sticklight and are governed exclusively by Sticklight’s Terms of Service; Elementor is not a party to, and is not responsible for, the Sticklight service.
- The Promotion does not change the subscription, automatic renewal, plan change, cancellation, or refund provisions of Sticklight’s Terms of Service, which continue to apply in full.
- Because the coupon code is generic and is not uniquely assigned to any individual, Elementor does not transfer your personal data to Sticklight for the purposes of this Promotion. Elementor processes your webinar registration and attendance data in accordance with Elementor’s privacy policy. If you choose to create a Sticklight account, Sticklight will process your personal data as an independent controller in accordance with Sticklight’s Privacy Policy.
- The Promotion is available globally, except where its offer or use is prohibited by applicable law. The Promotion is void where prohibited.
- Any misuse, abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Promotion may result in withdrawal or denial of the offer. Without limiting the foregoing, Elementor and Sticklight reserve the right to disable the coupon code, in whole or in part, if it is published, resold, posted to a coupon aggregator, or otherwise distributed beyond the intended recipients.
- Plan prices are stated in US Dollars (USD). The discount is applied as a percentage of the applicable plan price at checkout.
- If the coupon cannot be applied for technical reasons, Participants should contact Sticklight customer support at support@sticklight.com for assistance.
- By participating in this Promotion, the Participant releases Elementor and Sticklight from liability for losses, damages, or issues arising from participation in the Promotion or use of the discount.
- Elementor and Sticklight reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. The Promotion is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited.
- This discount applies only to the Participant’s first payment and does not apply to renewals.
- The Promotion, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to the Participant in their place of residence.
