Survey Raffle Terms & Conditions

Help us shape the Elementor experience by taking a survey, and you will get into a raffle and might win a prize! Your responses will be aggregated and will only be used internally. 

The raffle will take place 60 days after the research project is completed on the Elementor side, for the purposes of collecting, cleaning, and analyzing the research data (the “Survey Raffle”).

How is it going to work?

To participate in the Survey Raffle and be eligible for the prize, you must fulfill the following requirements: 

• You must reply fully and detailed to the survey sent to you, including your personal details.
• The Survey Raffle drawing winners, at the sole discretion of the Company, will receive a Tango gift card (the “Prize”).
• For the avoidance of doubt, at least one of all the participants will be randomly selected by Elementor, 60 days after the research project is completed on the Elementor side for the purposes described above, and will receive the Prize (the “Winners”).  

Participants in the Survey Raffle are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The Winners will be contacted via email.
• Elementor will only contact the winners.
• If a winning participant cannot be contacted via email, another participant will be randomly selected and contacted instead.
• If a participant does not reply to us within 72 hours, another participant will be randomly selected and contacted instead.
• If the Winners live in countries where they cannot redeem or accept the Prize (Tango gift card), they will be able to choose an Amazon (US/UK, etc.) gift card in its place.
• By participating in the Survey Raffle, the participants recognize that we may publish his or her full name and image, in the event he or she wins, for the sake of transparency and/or audit review.
• If the Winner does not wish to share his or her name and image for publicity purposes, he or she has the right to opt-out and forfeit his Prize.
• The Survey Raffle is subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice, either in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course.
• Any misuse or abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Survey Raffle, might result in the withdrawal or denial of the Prize.
• The participant shall indemnify Elementor in case of any third-party claims of any kind whatsoever resulting from any unlawful actions that the participant has made.
• By participating in the Survey Raffle, the participant grants his or her consent to store, process, and use the information provided, for Elemשentor’s internal purposes. We will not transfer the participant’s information to any third party except with the participant’s express consent, or for the purpose of sending the Prize.
• By participating in the Survey Raffle, the participant releases Elementor from any liability.
• The Winners agree to provide their personal details for the purpose of receiving the Prize from us.
