Research Session and Giveaway Terms & Conditions

Help us shape the Elementor experience by participating in a research session, and you will win a prize! The Giveaway will be provided up to 10 business days after the research session is completed (the “Giveaway”).

How is it going to work?

In order to receive the Giveaway and be considered as a participant (the “Participant”), and be eligible for the prize, you must attend the research session and fully corporate with the researcher’s requests for a session of 1 hour. The session will be recorded for internal use only. In addition, you will need to fulfill the following requirements:

• You must reply fully and detailed to the survey sent to you, including your personal details.
• The participant of the research session, at the sole discretion of the Company, will receive a one year subscription to ”Elementor Cloud” (the “Prize”).

Participants in the Giveaway are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The Participant will be contacted via email.
• If a Participant cannot be contacted via email, we will consider it as a withdrawal of the Prize.
• The Prize will be expired within 30 days if not used.
• The Giveaway is personal, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.
• The survey and the Giveaway are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice, either in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course.
• Any misuse or abuse, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Giveaway, might result in the withdrawal or denial of the Prize.
• The Participant shall indemnify Elementor in case of any third-party claims of any kind whatsoever resulting from any unlawful actions that the participant has made.
• By participating in the survey and research session, the Participant grants his or her consent to store, process, and use the information provided, for Elementor’s internal purposes. We will not transfer the Participant’s information to any third party except with the Participant’s express consent, or for the purpose of sending the Prize.
• By participating in the Giveaway, the Participant releases Elementor from any liability.
