Terms – Black Friday and Cyber Monday

Elementor Black Friday and Cyber Monday Discount Terms and Contest Rules.

The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to these deals and contests, and the following shall also apply. The Promotion begins on 24.11.2019 [7:00 EST] and ends on 05.12.2019 [3:00 EST] (the “Promotion”).

The Prizes are listed here and subject to change at any time.

Discounts

Participants of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

  • All Promotion discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
  • We may decline to provide the offer for a specific user.
  • The Promotion offer does NOT apply to purchases by customers who receive any refund during the Promotion period.
  • The Promotion applies ONLY to new license purchases and/or license upgrades and does NOT apply to any license renewals.
  • The discounts are personal and non-transferable. 
  • Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts may result in either withdrawal or deny of the discount, or; temporarily or permanently revoke of the license, or; terminate the access the free or premium software and services offered by us

Black Friday and Cyber Monday Contest Rules​

Eligibility to Participate

Any person eligible to enter into an agreement with us according to our terms of service is eligible to participate.


However, “exclusive 1-on-1 consultations Prizes” are valid only for participants who have an Elementor website.

Prizes

Participants may choose a prize out of the listed prizes in the contest page. We may amend the prizes at any time or provide any winner with alternative prizes with an equal value according to our sole discretion.

Contest and Winnings

Each participant may participate once per day in the content and submit one application per day, requesting up to two prizes. 

Our judges will choose one winner per day, within 48 hours of the end of each day.

Notice of winning shall be sent via email.

If a prize was unclaimed for over 7 days it will be deemed as waived by the participant.

All prizes will be sent within 45 days commencing from the last day of the Period.

Prizes are subject to availability and may be replaced.

If we cannot physically send a prize, we shall send you monetary compensation in lieu of the prize.

Conversation prizes shall include three potential time slots which are provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. Non-selection of a slot shall be a waiver of your winning. Conversation sessions are up to 30 minutes and the providers may refuse service in case of inappropriate behavior. 

Failure to attend the conversation prize at the specified time shall not entitle for an alternate time or monetary compensation

Website audit and conversation prizes may require access to the back-office of your website. Choosing not to provide it may result in a limited session/audit feedback.

Conversation prize sessions will be recorded.

Prizes are non-transferrable.

Newsletter Signup

When submitting your form you also agree to signup to our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.

Intellectual Property Rights

All materials submitted by participants shall be deemed as “Content” under our submission policy and we may use it to promote Elementor.

Publicity Rights

By submitting your post to the contest, we may also use your name, likeness, and photo to promote Elementor. Each winner of a Conversation prize permits Elementor to use the recorded session materials for marketing purposes.

Amending

We may amend these rules at any time, and we may withhold or deny participation of any person, with or without reason.
