Elementor Showoff 2022 Contest
Terms and Conditions

“Showoff 2022” is a Contest that celebrates web creation. 

In this event, we shine a spotlight on Elementor’s talented web creators and empower them through a special event that gives them recognition and prizes for their hard work.

The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Showoff 2022 Contest (the “Contest”’), and the following shall also apply. 

In order to participate in the contest and be considered as a participant (the “Participant”), you can apply here, and are subject to change at any time. You can apply from November 10th, 2022 through December 1st, 2022, at 7:00 EST. The Contest and the voting will start on December 6th, 2022, and wil end on December 19th, 2022, at 23:59 EST. (the “Contest Term” or “Term”).

The Contest Terms

Participants of the Contest are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

― The Contest is subject to change at any time and to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.

― Elementor may decline to receive the application of a specific applicant.

― The Contest shall be as follows:

  • Step 1: Initial sorting. Elementor team (the “Elementor Team”) will pick 10 of the most suitable applications for 5 categories, a total of 50 applications (the “Step 1 Finalists”). Step 1 Finalists will get an exposure on Elementor’s social media channels and a dedicated website that will be online for a year.
  • Step 2: Categories stage. The following categories will contain 10 applications each:
  1. E-commerce 
  2. Portfolio / Business
  3. Landing Page/One Pager
  4. Blog/Magazine/Learning
  5. Unconventional/experimental website 

The votes for this step will be in a dedicated website to be published after the live event on December 21st and will consist of the public votes, Elementor Team, and external community judges (the “Community Judges”). Each category will have only 1 winning application, a total of 5 winners (the “Step 2 Winners”).

  • Step 3: Best website. This step will grade the best of the Step 2 Winners. The voting for this step will be only for external affiliates judges (the “Affiliates Judges”) and the Elementor team and will not be open to the public.  

― Participation in the contest is prohibited for Elementor employees and Judges. 

― The prizes for each step shall be as follows (the “Prizes”):

  1. Step 2 Prize: Step 2 Winners will win a Creative package that includes an iPad, apple pencil & AirPods.
  2. Step 3 Prize: The winner of “best website” will win a week in WordCamp Siam in Thailand with Elementor and will be our special guest during the conference with the hotel included. The winner of step 3 will also win an apple studio screen display to complete the creative package.

― The Prizes are personal, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.

― The Step 3 winner will make the travel insurance for himself and at his own expense. 

― The Judges of the contest will commit to complete confidentiality regarding their vote. A vote leaked to the public will be disqualified and the Judge will be banned from judging the Contest. 

― When applying to the Contest, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.

― Any misuse or abuse of the Contest or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the participation or the Prizes.

― The Winners of step 2+3 agree to provide their address and phone details for the purpose of receiving the Prize from Elementor.

― The Winners agree to provide their photo and video for the purpose of getting recognition and for transparency.

― In case the winner cannot get the Prize for technical reasons, he\she will get an equal amount in a different method, selected by Elementor, according to its sole discretion. 

― By participating in the Contest the Participant releases Elementor from any liability.
