Elementor Showoff 2023 Contest - Terms and Conditions

Showoff 2023” is a Contest that celebrates web creation. In this event, we shine a spotlight on Elementor’s talented web creators and empower them through a special event that gives them recognition for their hard work.
The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Showoff 2023 Contest (the “Contest”’), and the following shall also apply.

In order to participate in the contest and be considered as a participant (the “Participant”), you can apply in the dedicated landing page. You can apply from September 4th, 2023 through September 21st, 2023, until 11:59 PM EDT. The Contest and the voting will start on October 2nd, 2023, and will end on October 9th, 2023, at 11:59 PM EDT (the “Contest Term” or “Term”).

The Contest Terms

Participants of the Contest are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

  • The Contest is subject to change at any time and to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
  • Elementor may decline to receive the application of a specific applicant.
  • The requirements for the contesting website shall be as follows:
  • Built with Elementor
  • Responsive Design
  • Originality
  • Good Performance rate
  • One Submission Per Participant 
  • In case you apply with more than one application, we’ll only evaluate the first one you sent. So, choose wisely and pick your best work).
  • The Contest shall be as follows:
  • Step 1: Initial sorting. The Elementor team (the “Elementor Team”) will pick 10 of the most suitable applications (“Step 1 Finalists”). 
  • Step 2: Audience Voting: The audience will vote for 4 of the best websites from the 10 Step 1 Finalists (“Step 2 Finalists”). The votes for this step will be held via a dedicated website to be published and start on October 2nd, 2023, and will end on October 9th, 2023, at 11:59 PM EDT.
  • Step 3: Finals. To this step will get the Step 2 Finalists and 6 of the websites that participated on our “Monthly Website” show on our YouTube Channel (a total of 10 websites). Out of the 10 websites on this step, Elementor Team will pick only one website as the winner to get the title: “Best Website of Showoff2023” (the “Winner”). The Winner will be announced at the Dream Web 2023 live event.
  • Participation in the contest is prohibited for Elementor employees. 
  • The selected Winner will be awarded a trophy and a voucher applicable either for our Swag Store or an alternate Swag substitute (the “Prize”). 
  • The Winner’s achievement will be prominently showcased across our various social media channels, offering significant exposure to their accomplishment. Additionally, we extend an invitation to the Winner to participate in an exclusive webinar hosted on our YouTube channel. Furthermore, the Winner will be prominently showcased during the event, and they will have the opportunity to address the audience with a few words.
  • When applying to the Contest, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
  • Any misuse or abuse of the Contest or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the participation.
  • The Winners agree to provide their photo and video for the purpose of getting recognition and for transparency.
  • In case the winner cannot get the Prize for technical reasons, he\she may get an equivalent amount in a different method, selected by Elementor, according to its sole discretion. 
  • By participating in the Contest the Participant releases Elementor from any liability.
