Angie WCUS Bonus Credits - Giveaway Terms & Conditions

These Promotional Terms (“Promo Terms”) apply to the special bonus credit giveaway for users who signed up for Angie at WCUS 2025 (the “Promotion”). They are in addition to Elementor’s General Terms & Conditions, Elementor AI Terms, and Elementor Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Standard Terms”). If there is any conflict, these Promo Terms will govern.

1. Eligibility

  • Open only to individuals who registered for Angie at WCUS 2025 by completing the booth registration form with a valid name and email address.
  • Limited to one registration and one claim per person and per account.
  • Elementor may require proof of eligibility.

2. Bonus Credits

  • Eligible users will receive Angie bonus credits (“Promo Credits”) as part of this giveaway.
  • The exact number of Promo Credits granted is determined by Elementor at its discretion and will not be disclosed in advance.
  • Promo Credits have no cash or monetary value and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
  • Promo Credits may only be used within Angie to access AI-powered services and features.

3. Claiming Credits

  • When new Angie plans are introduced, eligible users may receive an email with a link to claim their Promo Credits.
  • Claiming requires following the instructions provided by Elementor.
  • Once claimed, Promo Credits will appear in the user’s Elementor account.

4. Expiration

  • All Promo Credits must be used no later than December 31, 2025.
  • Any unused Promo Credits after this date will expire automatically and will not roll over.

5. Abuse & Fraud

Elementor reserves the right to revoke Promo Credits and/or suspend accounts if it reasonably suspects:

  • Submission of false or duplicate registration information;
  • Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual;
  • Use of bots, automated tools, or fraudulent means to register or claim credits;
  • Any harmful, misleading, or unlawful activity.

6. Modification & Termination

  • Elementor may modify or terminate this Promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Changes will not affect Promo Credits already granted, except where required due to fraud, abuse, or legal reasons.

7. Governing Terms

  • These Promo Terms are governed by the laws and dispute provisions set forth in Elementor’s Standard Terms.
  • By registering at WCUS and claiming your Promo Credits, you agree to these Promo Terms, the General Terms & Conditions, the AI Terms, and the Privacy Policy.

Who gets Promo Credits?

Everyone who registered for Angie at WCUS 2025 by completing the booth form with a valid name and email.

How do I get them?

After WCUS, when the new Angie plans launch, we’ll email you instructions on how to claim your Promo Credits. No coupon code is needed.

How many credits will I get?

The number of credits is determined by Elementor and isn’t disclosed in advance.

When do my credits expire?

All Promo Credits must be used by December 31, 2025. After that date, any unused credits will disappear.

Can I cash them out?

No. Credits have no cash value and can’t be refunded, exchanged, or transferred.

Can I lose my credits?

Yes, if we detect fraud, duplicate accounts, or abuse, Elementor can revoke Promo Credits.
