More complex layouts sometimes require that one section overlaps another section. This can be seen in many Elementor templates. like this one: https://library.elementor.com/interior-design-company/
To achieve this effect, go to Section > Advanced > Margin and set a top margin of -100.
Another way to see it is to insert one of our templates that uses a negative margin.
