The Freelancers shall offer you various professional services of Elementor website building, designing and/or optimization (the “Services”). By utilizing the Professional Program, you can access a wide range of professional services and Freelancers, all in one place on our website.
2. Commission Disclosure:
In providing you with access to these third-party services through the Professional Program, We may receive a commission from the Service Providers. This commission helps support the operation and maintenance of our website, allowing Us to continue offering you valuable services and resources via third parties.
3. Warranty and Liability Disclaimers:
Please note that Elementor does NOT provide any warranty or guarantee whatsoever, whether expressed or implied, regarding the services offered by the third-party Service Providers and Freelancers accessed through the Professional Program. Any claims, disputes, or issues arising from these services should be directed to the respective third-party Service Provider. Elementor will not be held responsible for any such claims or disputes.
4. Support and Resolution:
For any inquiries, concerns, disputes, or issues related to the quality of the Services provided by third-party Service Providers and Freelancers accessed through the Professional Program, please contact the respective Service Provider’s customer support or follow their established dispute resolution procedures. Elementor does not have the authority to handle or resolve issues with these services and, therefore, will not be responsible for any claims, disputes, or problems arising from them.
5. Abuse, Misuse and Customer Suspension:
Elementor reserves the right to suspend or ban customers from the Professional Program at any time, without prior notice, for any misuse of the Program or for contradicting our Submission Policy, our Acceptable Use Policy, or any of our Terms and Conditions. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, fraudulent activity, spamming, or any other action that disrupts the proper functioning of the program or the user experience.
6. Service Availability and Termination:
The availability of the Professional Program is solely at the discretion of Elementor, and We reserve the right to terminate it with or without notice at any time. We are not liable for any inconvenience or any kind of loss resulting from the termination of the Program.
7. Consent:
By using the Professional Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these T&Cs, We recommend that you do not use the Professional Program. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Elementor regarding your use of the Professional Program. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, related to the subject matter herein.
7. Privacy:
This Professional Program is covered under our Privacy Policy. Elementor will not transfer your personal details to the Service Providers or to the Freelancers, you shall be the one to choose if to share your personal information with any non-Elementor third party.
