Before announcing an in-person event, please review these guidelines and follow the steps below to determine if it’s safe to host an in-person event in your city.
Due to the Coronavirus outbreak (COVID-19), we are doing everything we can to protect you and our community. These guidelines provide recommended preventive measures for our meetups worldwide during Covid-19.
Please follow these steps:
First step
Please review the current local health regulation in your city/region and fill out the “Local COVID-19 status” form at least 3 weeks before the event.
After submitting the form, please DM Tali on Slack or via email.
Second step
1) Event page description
As the local meetup organizer, it’s your responsibility to share the local health guidelines with the attendees before the event. Please include local health guidelines for gatherings in the event description.
The meetup event will be conducted according to your country’s local health guidelines:
- Social distancing
- Limitation on number of individuals during social gatherings
- Face cover (mask)
- Sharing communal food and beverage
The following are situations in which community members cannot attend in-person events:

- You are not allowed to participate in the meetup if you have tested positive for COVID-19 or are showing COVID-19 symptoms until you have tested negative at least twice before the meetup.
- You are not allowed to participate in the meetup if you have had close contact with a person who has symptoms of COVID-19 within the past 7 days.
2) Event registration form

By participating in this event I understand the risk inherent in exposure to all risks, including the risks associated with COVID-19. As a participant, I take full responsibility for implementing local health authority guidelines.
