Community Leaders Buddy System

Sharing Knowledge and growing together

As a buddy, you will be linked to another Community Leader with whom you can share your knowledge, experience, solve challenges together, and learn from each other. As the Elementor Community Leaders program is growing, and you gain more experience and knowledge with your leadership skills, we believe you can bring a lot of benefit to one another.

New Leaders, in particular, will have many questions, some of which they would rather ask a peer than an Elementor Employee. Of course, we’ll always be there for you both when you have questions only we can answer.

How does this work?

In short, anyone who volunteers for the buddy-program will be partnered with a ‘buddy’ for at least 3 months. After that, you can switch buddies every quarter or keep the one you already have.

What can I talk about with my buddy?

Everything related to your role as an Elementor Leader is welcome. For instance:

What steps will take place after I volunteer to be a buddy?can I talk about with my buddy?

  1. Pairing: your buddy is assigned by your lead from the Elementor Community Team.
  2. Intro: You’ll be asked to set up a video call with your buddy to get to know one another and openly discuss what to expect and how to help each other.
  3. Matching: Following the intro, we’ll log your match or help you find a more suitable one.
  4. Progress call: Every 4 weeks, have a  1-on-1 video call to touch base and openly discuss how things are going.
  5. Continuation: Before the 3 months period ends, have a meeting to decide if you want to renew for another quarter or switch buddies. Both are perfectly fine choices. Switching buddies is a normal and regular thing. No one should feel obligated to continue with the same buddy, although you can if you both want to.
