Data & PrivacyYour Inputs and system logs are processed to provide the service and may be sent to third-party partners. Angie is not intended for Personal Data processing. If you provide any Personal Data to Angie, it will be handled according to the conditions in the Data Processing Agreement (“DPA“). It is your responsibility to ensure you have all permissions and consents to provide any data to Angie.

Your ResponsibilityYou are fully responsible for how you use Angie and for all changes it makes to your site. Review and test all outputs carefully.
Liability & IndemnityOur liability is strictly limited. You must defend and cover Elementor against any claims arising from your use of Angie, your content, or your breach of these terms.
  1. Introduction & Incorporation of Terms
The Angie AI Terms & Conditions (“Angie AI Terms“) govern your use of Angie, Elementor’s agentic AI-powered products and tools, including its autonomous execution engine, Multi-Context Protocol (“MCP“) integration engine, and related AI capabilities that can create, modify, and delete content, configure site settings, integrate with third-party services, and perform multi-step tasks on live websites (“AI Products” or “Angie“).

These Angie AI Terms are incorporated by reference into Elementor’s AI Terms & Conditions (“AI Terms“) and related policies, including the Privacy Policy, the Sub-Processor List, and, where applicable, the Data Processing Addendum (“DPA“). Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meanings given in the AI Terms.

If there is a conflict between the AI Terms and these Angie AI Terms, these Angie AI Terms will prevail with respect to the AI Products.

  2. Scope of Angie’s Functionality
This section explains how Angie’s core technology operates.
Angie combines advanced AI capabilities and MCP to coordinate and execute sequences of operations across multiple system components and third-party integrations. Angie may:
    • Chain together several steps without additional user confirmation once a command is issued.
    • Trigger and synchronize actions across different connected services.
    • Route tasks to multiple execution agents, consolidate their outputs, and apply AI-driven analysis to optimize results.
  3. Technology Partners and Third-Party Services
Certain features in this Plugin rely on third-party technology providers (“Technology Partners“) to deliver AI-powered services.
By using features powered by Technology Partners, you acknowledge that you shall comply with the requirement of such Technology Partners acceptable use policies. Elementor does not share customer content with any Technology Partner beyond what is required to provide the requested AI service.
  4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions
In addition to the AI Terms’ Acceptable Use Policy, you are explicitly prohibited from using Angie in the following ways.
    You may not:
    • Use Angie’s autonomous execution features in regulated or high-risk environments (including, for example, financial services, healthcare, government operations, aviation, medical devices, or energy infrastructure) without all required licenses, approvals, or legal clearance.
    • Circumvent approval workflows, quotas, or technical safeguards.
    • Use Angie to gain unauthorized access, alter, or delete resources beyond your ownership or authorization.
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or replicate Angie’s proprietary core technology, algorithms, or execution systems for competing products. For clarity, while the plugin shell is GPL-licensed and may be redistributed under that license, Angie’s core AI services and automation logic remain proprietary to Elementor.
  5. Fair Use and Resource Limits
Your use of Angie’s autonomous execution features must remain within reasonable and expected boundaries. Attempts to bypass or artificially extend quotas, such as through mass scripting of destructive actions, automated triggers, or creating duplicate accounts, are strictly prohibited. Excessive or abusive activity that degrades system performance, risks data integrity, or impacts other users may result in suspension, termination, or functional limits. Elementor may, in its discretion, pause or block executions that appear harmful, excessive, or abusive.
  6. Data Handling and Privacy
    1. Input and Output Data
To operate Angie, we may process data you provide or upload to Angie (“Inputs“) as well as data generated by Angie based on the Input (“Outputs“).
    2. Logs and Aggregated Data
We automatically collect technical data about your interactions with Angie, including usage statistics, command history, performance metrics and other aggregated and anonymized data. This data is used for service improvement, billing, security, and support.
    3. Your Responsibilities and Consent
You are solely responsible for the content of your Inputs. You acknowledge Angie is not intended for processing of Personal Data including any sensitive or special categories of personal data (e.g., health information, government identifiers). If Personal Data will be included in the Inputs, it will be processed according to the terms of the DPA. You must ensure your use of Angie complies with all applicable privacy and AI regulation laws, including the EU AI Act. You assume full responsibility for reviewing, testing, and approving all Outputs and changes made by Angie.
    4. Backups and Rollback Procedures
You must maintain adequate backups of your website, including content and configurations, and implement rollback procedures appropriate for your environment. Elementor is not responsible for downtime, corruption, or data loss resulting from Angie’s autonomous actions. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any changes executed by Angie can be restored or reverted if necessary.
  7. Intellectual Property
    1. Ownership of Angie and Related Technology
Elementor and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to Angie, the AI Products, the MCP framework, and all related software, algorithms, and orchestration logic. These terms do not grant you any rights to our underlying technology.
    2. Your Content (Inputs)
You retain all ownership rights to the content you provide as Input to Angie. You grant Elementor and its Technology Partners a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, process, and transmit your Input solely for the purpose of providing and improving the AI Products.
    3. AI-Generated Content (Outputs)
Subject to your compliance with these terms, Elementor assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the Outputs generated specifically for you.
    4. Nature of AI-Generated Content

Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your Output will not resemble content generated for others, and you cannot claim exclusive rights to such content.
    5. AI Output Disclaimer

You acknowledge that Beta Services may:
      • be incomplete, inaccurate, or produce unexpected results;
      • contain bugs, errors, or other defects;
      • cause data corruption, downtime, or irreversible changes; and
      • be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
