Welcome, Meetup Organizer!

This guide will take you through everything you need to know for being Elementor meetup leader!

Elementor meetups are

  1. A space to discuss anything and everything professional Elementor web creators need. It’s an opportunity to meet fellow web creators in-person, work together, get inspired and build a powerful ecosystem for the local web creators. 
  2. All actions taken by you, as the meetup organizer should be with the best interest of your community in mind.
  3. All Meetups are open and free for all community members who wish to join, regardless of financial status, ability, skills, gender or race.

Elementor meetups are not a training course,  or a place for self-promotion.
If you have any doubts what considered self promotion, please go over the Terms & Conditions of the Leaders program.

Important to know

  1. Elementor meetups are hosted on https://events.elementor.com/. As the organizer, you will have all the permissions to manage the group and the events.
  2. We, at Elementor, will help promote the meetups via email marketing and social media, if possible, and in case that the event is live at least 18 days before. Nevertheless,  we highly recommend that you will promote the event locally. (see tips)

What are the benefits for being a leader?

  1. Be the first to know about new developments.
  2. Backstage pass to Elementor hq with a direct connection and ability to influence on Elementor’s future.
  3. Be part of the exclusive Leaders’ community who lead communities all over the world. 
  4. Grow and build your community, as well as the Elementor community as a whole.
  5. Strengthen your position and promote your business goals.
  6. As an active leader, you will be eligible to receive Expert license for 1 year. (See full terms here) 

What is expected from a meetup organizer?

  1. Plan a meetup once a month (or every other month) for your community  
  2. Promote the meetup event locally 
  3. Build a healthy and strong community
  4. Attend our monthly meetup organizers meetup, and/or Slack channels.

Build a strong and healthy community 

  1. Plan 3 meetups ahead –  If possible, set a permanent day of the month, so members can always plan ahead and rely on future meetups. 
  2. Ask your community – Choose topics by asking your members what they need. You can use this  Survey template 
  3. Empower members – Shout out for speakers and case studies. Ask members to share their expertise & present their projects; encourage them to be active participants.
  4. Grow your team – surround yourself with a Leadership team.
  5. Get Feedback – to improve, grow, and make sure that the meetups fulfill members’ needs. You can use this  Feedback template 

Stepping Stones

  1. After your 1st successful meetup, we will send you a Leader care package. 
  2. After your 3rd successful meetup we will send swag for the meetup group members every 3-4 meetups.
  3. You will be eligible to receive an Expert license, and leaders premium support, for 1 year. See full terms here. 
  4. From your 6th meetup and onwards, you will be in the big leagues(!) and will be able to host more prominent meetups, such as hosting a guest speaker from the Elementor team (Virtually).
