After the Meetup Event

To grow your local community and keep track of the success of the meetup, we ask that you fill in Post-event Survey (you will receive it by email) after each event. The recap will help you to review the progress you are making as a meetup leader over time.

Share Experiences 

Send a message to RSVPs, to thank them for attending (see here how to send). Ask participants to share their feedback via the feedback survey they received by email after the event.

Post pictures/screenshots on the event page (use the wrap-up tab), as well as on social media with the #elementorcommunity hashtag. 

If you have a recording of the event, you are welcome to add the link to the event page (use the wrap-up tab).

Feedback

To view feedback from attendees, go to your group’s dashboard, “Events” > Choose event under completed > Choose “Forms” > Post-event > and press the graph icon to see responses.

How will you know if your meetups are successful? 

  • You will see returning and active attendees. 
  • With each additional meetup, new people will join.
  • The number of members in the group will grow with time.  
  • Good feedback from attendees.
