Terms and Conditions

Elementor offers you a chance to win an amazing prize! Get Ally Max by Elementor (“Ally”) for free, a powerful accessibility plugin that helps you create more inclusive websites with ease. Give your visitors tools like text resizing, contrast adjustments, and keyboard-friendly navigation—all fully customizable to match your site. Winners will receive 1 full year of Ally Max – completely free, including access to upcoming features like the accessibility scanner and step-by-step remediation flow.

Just share a photo or a video using Ally and tell us about your experience, hashtag #Ally and #Elementor. All of the Participants will enter the Raffle and will have a chance to win! The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to this Raffle (the “Raffle”), and the following shall also apply. 

Terms for “Ally Max” Plan Raffle:

• Ally Max (the “Plan”) provides 25 website activations, 1,000,000 Visits/month, 15+ features, Customize Styling, Accessibility Statement, Scan & Monitor (coming soon), Scanner (coming soon), Remediation Flow (coming soon), White Label, Screen Reader Widget Usage Analytics for 1 year, for free. 
• Ally by Elementor is a stand-alone WordPress plugin that can be used to enhance web accessibility for up to 25 WordPress websites in one subscription.
• At the earliest of the end of a one-year term, you will have the option to upgrade to higher plans at any time, according to the selected Plan on our Pricing Page.
• Changes you made to your websites with Ally will remain if you cancel your subscription. However, you won’t be able to scan and fix issues with Ally unless you renew your subscription.

Raffle Entry Requirements: 

In order to participate in the Raffle and be considered as a participant (the “Participant”), you must:

1. Use Ally on your website.
2. Share a photo, video, or post about your Ally experience on any media channel you prefer (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
3. Hashtag #Ally and #Elementor
4. All eligible Participants will enter the Raffle.

Raffle Term:

The Raffle begins on June 6th, 2025, during the WCEU conference. (the “Raffle Term” or “Term”). All posts must be shared by the end of the conference, June 7th,, 2025, within this timeframe.

Winner Announcement:

The 3 Winners will be announced by June 10th, 2025, in a private message through email with the coupon code for 100% off Ally Max. If one or more of the Winners can not be contacted, an alternative winner will be chosen at the sole discretion of Elementor.

Raffle and Prize: 

Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible Participants who share a post, photo, or video using Ally and tag the required hashtags. Three (3) Winners will be drawn and announced after the event (the “Winners”). Each Winner will receive a dedicated coupon code for 100% off the Ally Max annual plan (the “Prize” or “Coupon”). Selection is random and final. 

General Conditions:

• Participation in the Raffle is prohibited for Elementor employees. 
• The Winners will be selected in the sole discretion of Elementor from all the applicable media channels. 
• Each Participant can only win once. 
• Any misuse or abuse of the Raffle or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Raffle might result in either withdrawal or denial of participation or the Prize.
• The Prize is personal, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.

• In case a Winner cannot get the Prize for technical reasons, they may get an equivalent amount in a different method, selected by Elementor, according to its sole discretion.  
• By participating in the Raffle, the Participant releases Elementor from any liability. Elementor and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the Raffle or the use of the prize.

• Elementor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Raffle in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. The Raffle is subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. 
• The Coupon shall only apply for the first year of subscriptions and will not apply for any renewals.

Rights and Permissions:

By participating in the Raffle, Participants and Winners grant Elementor the right to use their names, images, or videos, and posts for the purpose of getting the Prize, transparency, and for promotional and marketing purposes, along with their names and likeness, related to the Raffle and Elementor’s services. This includes but is not limited to sharing the content on social media, website showcases, and promotional materials.
