These Elementor One Terms (the “One Terms“) govern your subscription to Elementor One (“One“), a unified subscription that consolidates access to the Elementor core products, AI and automation features, email sending capabilities, and other features and tools that Elementor may make available from time to time (collectively, the “Unified Services“).
The One Terms are incorporated by reference into Elementor’s General Terms of Service (the “General Terms“) and apply in addition to:
If there is a conflict between: (i) these One Terms; and (ii) the General Terms, any product-specific terms/policies (including refund, support, fair use, and usage quota policies), and/or any conflicting official plan descriptions on the Elementor website, these One Terms shall control specifically regarding your subscription to One and use of the Unified Services.
To ensure clarity, the following terms apply to this agreement:
One uses a unified, account-based virtual consumption unit called “Credits“. To the extent any product terms describe monthly quotas, fair use limits, allowances, or per-feature caps, those are replaced for One subscribers by the Credits system.
Your ability to use a Credit-consuming feature is limited by your available Credit balance, subject to:
Credits:
Credit consumption is dynamic and calculated in real-time based on variables such as third-party API costs, computational load, output complexity, and system demand. Consumption rates update automatically to reflect these factors. Adjustments occur immediately and apply to all actions initiated after the update is processed by our systems, without prior notice.
Credits included with your One subscription are allocated on a monthly basis, regardless of whether your subscription is billed monthly or annually. Credits are available for use until the end of that monthly cycle. They reset at the start of each new monthly cycle. Unused subscription Credits do not roll over. If you run out of your Credit balance before the end of the monthly cycle, you may upgrade to a higher plan tier to receive additional Credits. Temporary unavailability of a feature or service does not pause the billing cycle or extend Credit expiration.
If we detect an error in Credit calculation or a suspected misuse, we may adjust Credit balances and/or pause usage while we investigate. If we adjust your Credit balance, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-product notification.
Elementor’s records of Credit consumption and remaining balances are presumptively accurate. If you believe a Credit deduction was made in error, you must notify Elementor via our official support channels (email or ticket) within thirty (30) days of the deduction. Elementor will investigate in good faith and provide a determination within a reasonable timeframe. Elementor’s determination is final and binding. No refunds, Credit restorations, or other compensation will be issued for disputes raised after the thirty (30) day period.
You acknowledge that submitting frequent or unfounded disputes disrupts our operations. If you submit more than two (2) disputes within any 12-month period that are determined to be unfounded (i.e., where Elementor’s calculation was correct), we reserve the right to consider this harassment and may suspend or terminate your account. No refund or prorated refund will be initiated for accounts terminated due to abuse of the dispute process.
Even with available Credits, Elementor reserves the right to apply reasonable rate limits, throttling, or technical restrictions to prevent abuse, protect system stability, comply with applicable law, or mitigate security risks.
One may be offered in monthly or annual plans. Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term. You authorize Elementor to charge the applicable fees using the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.
To ensure system stability and prevent abuse, features marketed with broad or excessive usage terms (including “Unlimited”) are subject to rational fair use limitations. For example, any subscription plan marketed as “Unlimited” with respect to the number of websites is strictly limited to a fair use cap of 1,500 websites.
Elementor is committed to preventing abuse of its refund policy. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are engaging in a pattern of purchasing subscriptions, consuming Credits, and then requesting refunds (“churn and burn” behavior), or if you request a refund more than once in any 12-month period, we reserve the right to: (i) deny your refund request; (ii) terminate your account immediately; and (iii) block you from future purchases or use of Elementor services.
Usage of AI, generative, and agentic features is governed primarily by Credit availability rather than separate quotas or fair use allowances. However:
Usage of email sending and messaging capabilities consumes Credits. Any stated “sending limits” or “monthly quotas” in specific product terms are replaced by your Credit balance. However:
Usage of image, code, or performance optimization tools consumes Credits per unit processed (e.g., per image). Any separate “credits” or quota concepts in standalone terms do not apply to One subscribers. Specific technical limits (e.g., file size, supported formats) outlined in the relevant product terms still apply.
Your One subscription may end due to cancellation, non-payment, expiration, termination under the General Terms, or suspension/termination due to policy violations.
Elementor reserves the right to terminate your subscription to One (or any specific plan tier) at any time, for any reason or no reason, by providing you with reasonable notice. If we terminate for convenience, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused subscription fees.
Elementor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend access to specific Unified Services (e.g., email sending or AI generation) with or without terminating your entire subscription if we detect abuse, security risks, or high-risk activity limited to those features.
Upon termination or expiration:
To operate the Credit system, Elementor may collect and process logs regarding:
1. Which Credit-consuming tools/features you use; and
2. Computational or service metrics needed to calculate Credit deductions and manage billing.
This information is processed in accordance with Elementor’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA.
Elementor retains Credit consumption data only as long as reasonably necessary for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance obligations.
Which Credit-consuming tools/features you use; and
2. Computational or service metrics needed to calculate Credit deductions and manage billing.
Elementor may change, discontinue, or temporarily suspend parts of One or the Unified Services. Elementor does not guarantee that any feature will be available at all times or that any feature will remain available for any specific duration. Elementor is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any loss or damage resulting from such changes, discontinuation, or suspension.
If we terminate for convenience, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused subscription fees. You agree that such a prorated refund shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in case of termination for convenience by Elementor.
