Elementor One - Terms of Use

Last Updated: Jan 2026
  1. Introduction

    1. Agreement Structure:

      These Elementor One Terms (the “One Terms“) govern your subscription to Elementor One (“One“), a unified subscription that consolidates access to the Elementor core products, AI and automation features, email sending capabilities, and other features and tools that Elementor may make available from time to time (collectively, the “Unified Services“).

      The One Terms are incorporated by reference into Elementor’s General Terms of Service (the “General Terms“) and apply in addition to:

      1. Product-specific terms applicable to the Unified Services (e.g., terms for AI, email sending, or optimization tools); and
      2. Elementor’s Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum (DPA), where applicable.
    2. Order of Precedence:

      If there is a conflict between: (i) these One Terms; and (ii) the General Terms, any product-specific terms/policies (including refund, support, fair use, and usage quota policies), and/or any conflicting official plan descriptions on the Elementor website, these One Terms shall control specifically regarding your subscription to One and use of the Unified Services.

    3. Definitions

      To ensure clarity, the following terms apply to this agreement:

      • “Credits” means the virtual consumption units used to access specific dynamic features within the Unified Services (e.g., AI generation, email sending).
      • “Billing Cycle” means the recurring interval (e.g., monthly or annual) starting on the date of your initial subscription purchase (or renewal).
      • “Subscription Owner” (or “Customer“) means the individual or entity who holds the account and is financially responsible for the subscription fees.
  2. Credits

    1. Credits Replace Quotas and Allowances

      One uses a unified, account-based virtual consumption unit called “Credits“. To the extent any product terms describe monthly quotas, fair use limits, allowances, or per-feature caps, those are replaced for One subscribers by the Credits system.

      Your ability to use a Credit-consuming feature is limited by your available Credit balance, subject to:

      • Acceptable use and prohibited conduct rules;
      • Operational protections (anti-spam, abuse prevention, security, and service integrity safeguards); and
    2. Credits Have No Monetary Value

      Credits:

      • Are a virtual measurement of computational and service resources;
      • Have no monetary value;
      • Are not property, are not transferable, and cannot be sold, assigned, exchanged for cash, or redeemed; and
      • Are non-refundable, except to the limited extent required by law.
    3. How Credits Are Consumed (Dynamic Rates)

      Credit consumption is dynamic and calculated in real-time based on variables such as third-party API costs, computational load, output complexity, and system demand. Consumption rates update automatically to reflect these factors. Adjustments occur immediately and apply to all actions initiated after the update is processed by our systems, without prior notice.

    4. Billing Cycle Reset and Expiration

      Credits included with your One subscription are allocated on a monthly basis, regardless of whether your subscription is billed monthly or annually. Credits are available for use until the end of that monthly cycle. They reset at the start of each new monthly cycle. Unused subscription Credits do not roll over. If you run out of your Credit balance before the end of the monthly cycle, you may upgrade to a higher plan tier to receive additional Credits. Temporary unavailability of a feature or service does not pause the billing cycle or extend Credit expiration.

    5.  Credit Adjustments and Corrections

      If we detect an error in Credit calculation or a suspected misuse, we may adjust Credit balances and/or pause usage while we investigate. If we adjust your Credit balance, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you via email or in-product notification.

    6. Credit Calculation Disputes

      Elementor’s records of Credit consumption and remaining balances are presumptively accurate. If you believe a Credit deduction was made in error, you must notify Elementor via our official support channels (email or ticket) within thirty (30) days of the deduction. Elementor will investigate in good faith and provide a determination within a reasonable timeframe. Elementor’s determination is final and binding. No refunds, Credit restorations, or other compensation will be issued for disputes raised after the thirty (30) day period.

      You acknowledge that submitting frequent or unfounded disputes disrupts our operations. If you submit more than two (2) disputes within any 12-month period that are determined to be unfounded (i.e., where Elementor’s calculation was correct), we reserve the right to consider this harassment and may suspend or terminate your account. No refund or prorated refund will be initiated for accounts terminated due to abuse of the dispute process.

      Even with available Credits, Elementor reserves the right to apply reasonable rate limits, throttling, or technical restrictions to prevent abuse, protect system stability, comply with applicable law, or mitigate security risks.

  3. Subscription, Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds

    1. Plan Types and Auto-Renewal

      One may be offered in monthly or annual plans. Unless cancelled, your subscription will automatically renew for the same term. You authorize Elementor to charge the applicable fees using the payment method on file at the start of each renewal period.

    2. Fair Use Policy and Large-Scale Eligibility

      To ensure system stability and prevent abuse, features marketed with broad or excessive usage terms (including “Unlimited”) are subject to rational fair use limitations. For example, any subscription plan marketed as “Unlimited” with respect to the number of websites is strictly limited to a fair use cap of 1,500 websites.

    3.  Refund Policy

      1. Monthly Plans: Payments for monthly One subscriptions are non-refundable.
      2. Annual Plans: Payments for annual One subscriptions are refundable if you request a refund within thirty (30) days of the initial purchase date.
      3. Effect of Cancellation or Refund on Access and Credits: If your subscription is canceled, expires, or is refunded:
        • Access: Your access to One (including One-specific features) ends at the applicable termination time, which will be displayed within your account dashboard or on the platform;
        • Credits: Any unused Credits will be forfeited immediately; and
        • Fees: You remain responsible for any fees incurred before termination.
      4. Refund Abuse Policy:

        Elementor is committed to preventing abuse of its refund policy. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you are engaging in a pattern of purchasing subscriptions, consuming Credits, and then requesting refunds (“churn and burn” behavior), or if you request a refund more than once in any 12-month period, we reserve the right to: (i) deny your refund request; (ii) terminate your account immediately; and (iii) block you from future purchases or use of Elementor services.

    4. Plan Upgrades, Pricing Changes, and Taxes

      1. Upgrades: If you choose to upgrade your plan tier mid-cycle (e.g., to access more Credits), the upgrade will take effect immediately. A new billing cycle will commence on the date of the upgrade, and your credit allocation will reset according to the new plan. You will be charged the new plan rate, prorated if applicable based on your previous payment. You acknowledge that upgrading may involve terminating your existing subscription(s) and applying their calculated residual value to the new One plan, subject to Elementor’s specific migration policies.
      2. Price Changes: Elementor reserves the right to increase or decrease subscription fees at any time. For existing subscribers, we will provide reasonable advance notice (typically 30-45 days) before any price increase takes effect. Your continued use of the Unified Services after the effective date of the price increase constitutes your agreement to pay the modified fee upon your next renewal.
      3. Taxes: Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, or other taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes, and we reserve the right to collect such taxes if required by law or financial regulations.
  4. Unified Services Clarifications (One Overrides)

    1. AI & Generative Tools

      Usage of AI, generative, and agentic features is governed primarily by Credit availability rather than separate quotas or fair use allowances. However:

      • The General Terms’ acceptable use rules apply;
      • Prohibited content rules apply; and
      • Elementor may limit or suspend usage to prevent abuse, security risks, or legal/compliance exposure.
    2. Email & Messaging Services

      Usage of email sending and messaging capabilities consumes Credits. Any stated “sending limits” or “monthly quotas” in specific product terms are replaced by your Credit balance. However:

      • Deliverability Safeguards: Usage is subject to warm-up requirements, rate limits, per-domain caps, and other safeguards to ensure deliverability and protect the integrity and reputation of our network and systems.
      • Compliance & Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining necessary consents and complying with applicable email laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
      • Suspension: Elementor may limit or suspend sending to prevent spam/abuse or protect network integrity and reputation.
    3. Optimization Tools

      Usage of image, code, or performance optimization tools consumes Credits per unit processed (e.g., per image). Any separate “credits” or quota concepts in standalone terms do not apply to One subscribers. Specific technical limits (e.g., file size, supported formats) outlined in the relevant product terms still apply.

  5. Termination, Suspension, and Forfeiture

    1. Termination Events:

      Your One subscription may end due to cancellation, non-payment, expiration, termination under the General Terms, or suspension/termination due to policy violations.

    2. Termination for Convenience by Elementor:

      Elementor reserves the right to terminate your subscription to One (or any specific plan tier) at any time, for any reason or no reason, by providing you with reasonable notice. If we terminate for convenience, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused subscription fees.

    3. Feature-Specific Suspension:

      Elementor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend access to specific Unified Services (e.g., email sending or AI generation) with or without terminating your entire subscription if we detect abuse, security risks, or high-risk activity limited to those features.

    4. Effects of Termination

      Upon termination or expiration:

      • Access to One-specific features ends;
      • Unused subscription Credits are forfeited immediately; and
      • Any hosting services (if included in your specific plan) remain subject to the data retention, export, and deletion policies outlined in the Elementor General Terms.
  6. Credit Consumption Logs and Privacy

    1. Usage Logs for Credits; Retention

      To operate the Credit system, Elementor may collect and process logs regarding:

      1. Which Credit-consuming tools/features you use; and
      2. Computational or service metrics needed to calculate Credit deductions and manage billing.

      This information is processed in accordance with Elementor’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, the DPA.

      Elementor retains Credit consumption data only as long as reasonably necessary for billing, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and compliance obligations.

      Which Credit-consuming tools/features you use; and
      2. Computational or service metrics needed to calculate Credit deductions and manage billing.

  7. Service Availability

    Elementor may change, discontinue, or temporarily suspend parts of One or the Unified Services. Elementor does not guarantee that any feature will be available at all times or that any feature will remain available for any specific duration. Elementor is not liable, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, for any loss or damage resulting from such changes, discontinuation, or suspension.

    If we terminate for convenience, we will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused subscription fees. You agree that such a prorated refund shall be your sole and exclusive remedy in case of termination for convenience by Elementor.

  8. General Provisions

    • Waiver: No waiver of any provision shall be effective unless in writing. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute a waiver.
    • Force Majeure: Elementor is not liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond its reasonable control (e.g., acts of God, war, technical failures).
    • No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These One Terms are for the benefit of Elementor and you only.
    • Marketing Rights: We’re proud of the amazing sites our community builds with Elementor One and love to showcase them! By using Elementor One, you give us permission to feature your site, including screenshots, your logo, or name, in our marketing materials, case studies, or showcases. We’ll always make sure to give you (or the site owner) proper credit by name, and we won’t imply any other endorsement.
    • Changes to Product and Terminology: Elementor reserves the right to change the name of the products (including “Elementor One”) at any time without notice. We may also replace the term “Credit” with another suitable name or phrase (such as “tokens”) without notice, provided that such changes do not materially alter the fundamental purpose or utility of the subscription.
    • Entire Agreement (One): These One Terms, together with the General Terms, applicable product-specific terms, and privacy/DPA documents, form the entire agreement regarding your subscription to Elementor One.
