Understanding the Table

Pixels to Centimeters

Conversion Formula
The basic formula for the conversion is:
Size (cm) = Size (px) / PPI * 2.54
Where:
- 2.54 is the conversion factor between inches and centimeters.
Example
Let’s say you have an image that is 1000 pixels wide, and you want to print it at 300 PPI:
- Calculation: 1000 pixels / 300 PPI * 2.54 = 8.47 cm
- Result: The image will be approximately 8.47 cm wide when printed.
