Hi All it’s Ziv from Elementor,
Today I will show you how to use Elementor’s one of a kind Theme Builder, a single place to manage your ENTIRE site in a simple and intuitive way. It provides you with a clear and informative overview of the site, whether it’s headers, footers, single page, post, archive or product templates, Theme Builder makes the task of designing a complete website a lot easier. By having every site-part intuitively within reach.
Let’s check it out!
Inside any page you edit with Elementor go to the panel on the left, and click on the hamburger icon. Then choose Theme Builder.
You will now see all the parts of your site. Each one gets an automatic image preview of the actual template. This lets you get a visual ‘birds-eye-view’ of your entire site, so you can pinpoint the exact template you wish to edit.
Here, you’ll also see all the relevant details at a glance.
Green dots indicate active site parts, and here you can see their instances. You can also access and manage these Display Conditions.. right from the Theme Builder screen.. Simply click “Edit conditions” and you’re good to go.
Clicking here gives you options to export, delete or rename the template.
And importing a site part from another site can’t be easier, simply click this import button in the top right corner.. and choose your template file to upload.
You can also get a quick overview of specific site parts via the panel on the left.
To add new templates, you can either click the plus icon here or in the top right corner. And if you are in “All Parts”, clicking “add new” gives you the option to choose the site-part you’d like to build.
So if you are building a new site for example, and it doesn’t have any parts yet, you can easily start by adding them over here.
If you are confused about what each part does, you can click on the “i” icon to help you know the role and logic of each part. Simply and check out the dedicated video and doc to learn more.
Well, that’s it! Now you know how to use Elementor’s one of a kind Theme Builder, to design and manage all of your site parts in a simple and intuitive way, allowing you to get an informative glance over your entire site structure, improving your workflow and empowering you to create a cohesive design system and maintain consistency across your site.
