No, you won’t lose. When upgrading, you get credited for the remaining value of your current plan, and then a new annual cycle begins with your upgraded one.

How can I upgrade my license?

Once you are ready to upgrade, follow these steps: 

1. Go to my.elementor.com and log in to your account.
2. Under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, Click on “Upgrade” on the plan you want.
3. Enter your payment details.
4. Your license will immediately be upgraded.

Elementor AI plans are non-refundable. Even if you purchase an Elementor Pro or Host plan with a 30-day money-back guarantee and decide to request a refund for them, your Elementor AI plan will not be refunded. Your AI plan will remain active and fully operational on any Elementor website you have, and it will continue until the earlier of the two happens: your AI subscription expires after one year or you have used all your AI credits.
