Absolutely! You can upgrade your current Elementor hosted website plan at any given time. Upgrade to a higher single-website plan or choose a multi-site plan. 

*When upgrading, the relative value remaining in the original plan price will be deducted from the price of the new plan.

In short – No. Sale discounts only apply for new purchases and upgrades made during the sale period. Moreover, our 30-day refund policy applies only to purchases of new Elementor Pro subscriptions and cannot be used for the upgrade of existing plans. 

You can, however, take advantage of the sale and upgrade your current subscription to a higher tier at an even bigger discount.

The Promotion offer does NOT apply to users who made a purchase before the Promotion, and who issued and received any refund between May 15th, 2024, and May 28th, 2024. 

It’s not possible to apply two promotional discounts for the same purchase. In any case, the Birthday Sale offers the biggest discount of the year, so take advantage of this special opportunity from May 28th, 2024, at 7:00 EST, to  June 5th, 2024, at 23:59 PM EST.

Once you are ready to upgrade, follow these steps: 

1. Go to my.elementor.com and log in to your account.
2. Under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, Click on “Upgrade” on the plan you want.
3. Enter your payment details.
4. Your license will immediately be upgraded.

Elementor Pro subscriptions are set to renew automatically. If you deactivate your subscription’s Auto-renewal, or your renewal failed, your Elementor Pro subscription will expire a year after your purchase. An expired Elementor Pro subscription will not affect your website’s online status. However, it does mean that you won’t have access to valuable features and benefits. If you do not renew your subscription, you will lose access to the following:

• Pro widgets and features will be locked
• You won’t get new releases or security updates and your website’s compatibility with other plugins may be compromised 
• Access to Pro website kits and templates will be closed or limited  
• Premium support will be discontinued
• Early adopter discounts will not be renewed
• “Legacy Expert” subscriptions purchased before March 9th 2021 will be canceled indefinitely
• “Legacy Essential” subscriptions, purchased before December 4, 2023 will not be renewed at the same terms, and will be subject to the current Elementor Plugin subscriptions. 

We strongly recommend keeping the auto-renew setting on to prevent this from happening so you can enjoy continuous, uninterrupted service.  

Elementor Hosting subscriptions are set to renew automatically. However, if you deactivate your subscription’s auto-renewal and forget to renew the subscription before it expires, or if your renewal fails, or you  choose not to renew after our reminders, the following actions will happen take place:

• Your website will be suspended, which means that your domain will be reachable by visitors but your administrative access will be restricted. 
• After 10 days of being suspended, your website and WordPress administrative dashboard will not be available. 
• You will have 30 days from the expiration date to renew your subscription. You can renew your subscription directly from the my.elementor.com dashboard. Once you renew, your website will be fully restored.
• At 30 days after the expiration date, if you have not renewed your subscription your website and data will be deleted. 
• You will receive email warnings prior to every stage.

In case you want to transfer your Elementor Pro license from one domain to another:

1. Head over to your account , under ‘Websites’, locate the website you want to Deactivate. 
2. Then, click on the 3 dots menu on that website, and click “View related subscription”. 
3. From there, choose the website you want to disconnect and click “Disconnect Website”

Keep in mind there is a limit on the number of unique domains that can be used under a subscription.
