Promotion Terms and Conditions

The Discount offers for all new purchases are listed here and upgrades are listed here. The promotion begins on November 22nd, 2021, 07:00 AM EST, and ends on November 30th, 2021, 11:59 PM EST. (the “Promotional Discount”).

Discounts and Terms

Consumers of the Promotional Discount are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:

All Promotional Discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice, either in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course if it is caused by a technical error.
The Promotional Discount shall apply if you purchase one of our plans: Essential, Advanced, Expert, Studio, Agency and the Hosted Elementor Website (the “Plans”).
We may refuse to provide the Promotional Discount offer for a specific user.
The Promotional Discount shall apply to new license purchases and/or license upgrades and does NOT apply to any license renewals. When upgrading your license, you will only receive the Promotional Discount based on the prorated difference depending upon how much time is left for your current subscription until the end of the license period [1].
The Promotion Discount does NOT apply to users that made a purchase before the Promotion, who issued and received any refund between November 18th, 2021 and November 30th, 2021.
Users who already own a license, and purchase an additional license, without canceling the current one, shall be able to receive the Promotional Discount.
Users whose license expired during the period of October 22nd, 2021 through November 30th, 2021, will NOT be eligible for the Promotional Discount.
Users whose license expired before October 22nd, 2021, shall be able to receive the Promotional Discount, as long as the subscription is not cancelled.
The Promotional Discount shall apply ONLY once to each license.
The discounts are personal and non-transferable.
The discounts are rounded to the nearest US dollar. The exact discount will be calculated at the checkout.
If you ask for a refund after purchasing a license with the Promotional Discount, the discount or value will be deducted from the return credit.
The Plans’ price may be changed after the termination of the subscription.
It may not be possible to combine the Promotional Discount with other discounts.
When using the Promotional Discount, you agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered, or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Promotional Discount might result in either withdrawal or denial of the Promotional Discount, or; temporarily or permanently revoke of the license.

[1] In case you have the Essential license for 3 months and you paid $49, and you choose to upgrade for the Advanced license for $99, for the rest of the 9 months of the year, the Promotion Discount shall be as follows:

($99 – $49) × 9 / 12 = $37.5 — The difference between the Advanced license and the Essential license for 9 months period.

The Promotion Discount shall apply on $37.5
