Promotion Terms and Conditions
The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Birthday Promotions, and the following shall also apply. The Discount Offers are listed here and are subject to change at any time.
The Promotion begins on May 28th, 2024, at 8:00 EST, and ends on June 5th, 2024, at 23:59 EST (the “Promotion” or “Promotion Coupon”).
Discounts and Terms
Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:- All Promotion discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.

- If you do not purchase one of the above Subscription Plans, the discount will not apply.
- Discount percentages listed on our marketing materials are rounded for simplicity. Actual discounts applied at checkout may show slightly higher discounts, ensuring the best value for you.
- If you wish to get a refund for a Plugin plan and purchase a Hosting plan instead during the Promotion term, you will be entitled to get the discount.
- The Promotion offer does NOT apply to users who made a purchase before the Promotion, and who issued and received any refund between May 15th, 2024, and May 28th, 2024.
- The Promotion applies ONLY to new license purchases[1] and/or new additional licenses (without canceling the current one) and\or current license upgrades and does NOT apply to any license renewals of any kind.
- The Promotion shall also apply in case you purchased a subscription during the Promotion Term and wish to switch from any Elementor Pro Plan to any Hosting Plan, and vice versa.
- When upgrading your subscription, we will subtract the balance left for your current subscription after the Promotion coupon is applied[2]. Once upgraded, your annual subscription period will restart[3].
- The discounts are personal and non-transferable.
- If you request a refund after purchasing a license with the Promotion discount, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- The Promotion cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts.
- When using the Promotion coupons, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
- Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, or; temporary or permanent revoke of the license, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
- We may decline to provide the Promotion offer for a specific user.
[1] A new subscription ID or a subscription that has expired more than 30 days.
[2] The balance is a prorated amount based on the time left for your current subscription until the end of its period. In case you have the Advance’d subscription for 3 months and you paid $99, and you choose to upgrade to Expert, normally charged $199, but charged $149 due to the Birthday discount, you will be charged: $149-$99*9/12= $74.75
[3] Renewal of your upgraded subscription will take place one year after the upgrade.
