The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Black Friday Promotions, and the following shall also apply.

The Discount Offers are subject to change at any time at our sole discretion. The Promotion begins on November 21st, 2023, at 7:00 EST, and ends on November 29th, 2023, at 11:59 EST. (the “Promotion” or “Promotion Coupon”).
Discounts and Terms
Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions:
- All Promotion discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
- The Promotion Coupon shall allow you to receive discounts on the purchase of our Pro, Hosting and AI Plans as follows:
- The discount will apply only If you purchase one of the Subscription Plans mentioned above.
- The Promotion discount shall only apply for the first year of new subscriptions, and will not apply for any plans renewals, from the expiry date and 30 days afterwards.
- However, if you wish to get a refund for a Pro Plugin Plan and purchase a Hosting plan instead during the Promotion term, you will be entitled to get the discount.
- In addition, in case you purchased an Elementor Pro subscription during the Promotion term and would like to switch to an Elementor Hosting subscription, or vice versa, you shall also be entitled to get the Promotion discount.
- We may decline to provide the Promotion offer for a specific user.
- The Promotion offer does NOT apply to users that made a purchase before the Promotion, and who issued and received any refund between November 8th, 2023, and November 30th, 2023.
- In case your Elementor Hosting subscription was bought as a part of our Ice Cream Campaign and you are currently in the free trial term, you shall be entitled to get the Promotion Discount.
- The Promotion applies ONLY to new subscription purchases and/or new additional subscriptions (without canceling the current one) and \ or subscription upgrades to one of the plans as detailed in the table above. The Promotion does NOT apply to any subscription renewals.
- When upgrading your subscription, we will subtract the balance left for your current subscription after the Promotion coupon is applied. Once upgraded, your subscription annual period will restart.
- The discounts are personal and non-transferable.
- If you ask for a refund after purchasing a subscription with the Promotion discount, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
- The Promotion cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts.
- When using the Promotion coupons you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
- Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revocation of the subscription, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
[1] A new subscription ID or a subscription that has expired more than 30 days.
[2] The balance is a prorated amount based on the time left for your current subscription until the end of its period. In case you have the Advanced subscription for 3 months and you paid $99, and you choose to upgrade to Expert, normally charged $199, but charged $159 due to Black Friday discount, you will be charged: $159-$99*9/12= $84.75
[3] Renewal of your upgraded subscription will take place one year after the upgrade.
