Consumers of the Promotion are subject to the following additional terms and conditions: 

• All Promotion discount offers are subject to termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.
• The Promotion Coupon shall allow you to receive a 10% discount on the purchase of the Pro Advanced plan and\or 20% off discount on the purchase of the Expert Plan and/or 20% off discount on the purchase of the Elementor Cloud Website Plan and/or 30% off discount on the purchase of the Agency Plan.  
• If you do not purchase the Pro Advanced, Pro Expert, Cloud Website, and Pro Agency Subscription Plans, the discount will not apply. 
• However, if you wish to get a refund for a plugin Plan and purchase the Cloud Website plan instead during the Promotion term, you will be entitled to get the discount. 
• Elementor-Strattic Bundle: during the Promotion term, a 100% discount coupon for Elementor Pro annual subscription, will be sent via email to buyers of annual plans of Strattic (the “Bundle Coupon”), as follows:

• • Buy Strattic Starter- get Elementor Pro Essential coupon
  • Buy Strattic Professional- get Elementor Pro Advance coupon
  • Buy Strattic Business- get Elementor Pro Expert coupon

• The Promotion discount and the Bundle Coupon discount shall only apply for the first year of new subscriptions, and will not apply for renewals.
• If you exercise the refund option for the Elementor-Strattic Bundle, both subscriptions (i.e. the Starttic and the Elementor Pro) will be canceled.

• We may decline to provide the Promotion offer or the Bundle Coupon for a specific user.
• The Promotion offer does NOT apply to users that made a purchase before the Promotion, and who issued and received any refund between November 15th, 2022, and November 22nd, 2022. 
• The Promotion applies ONLY to new subscription purchases and/or new additional subscriptions (without canceling the current one) and \ or subscription upgrades and does NOT apply to any subscription renewals. 
• When upgrading your subscription, we will subtract the balance left for your current subscription after the Promotion coupon is applied. Once upgraded, your subscription annual period will restart.    
• The discounts are personal and non-transferable. 
• If you ask for a refund after purchasing a subscription with the Promotion discount, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
• The Promotion cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts. 
• When using the Promotion coupons or the Bundle Coupon, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
• Any misuse or abuse of the discounts offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to discounts might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revocation of the subscription, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
