I purchased Elementor Pro before your sale began. Can I use the discount by receiving a partial refund?

The SALE discount can only be applied to purchases made during the SALE period (June 1-7 2021).

As our customer, you are eligible for our 30-day money-back guarantee for new purchases. I recently upgraded my plan. Can I receive a refund so I can upgrade it again with a discount?

Our 30-day refund policy applies only to purchases of new Elementor Pro subscriptions, and cannot be used for the upgrades of existing plans. You can, however, take advantage of the plan to upgrade your subscription to a higher plan at an even bigger discount. This will also give you more space to grow as a professional web creator and develop yourself at a much lower price.

Can I still get the 2021 Birthday discounts if I have previously received a refund?

If you received the refund any time between May 27th, and June 7th, you will not be able to utilize the Birthday 2021 discount.

I received a coupon code from you in the past. Can I combine it with your current promotion?

It’s not possible to apply two promotional discounts for the same purchase. In any case, the 5th Birthday sale offers the biggest discount of the year, so take advantage of this special opportunity and get Elementor Pro while discounts are valid.

What is the price of an upgrade from the Essential to the Advanced plan, and an upgrade from Essential to Expert for example?

The upgrade price is entirely dependent on how much time is left on your subscription. For example, if you purchased the Essential subscription four months ago, the upgrade price will be calculated according to the remaining eight months left in your subscription.

Can I use Elementor Pro to create websites for clients?

Elementor Pro is designed for professionals who build websites for clients, and would like to access Pro features across multiple websites. What happens if I don't renew my license after one year? Will Elementor Pro still work?

What happens to websites created in the free version after I upgrade?

I purchased a 1000-site Expert plan prior to March 9th, will I still get a 50% discount on the upgrade and renewal for the Agency package?

Yes! As a part of our new plans campaign, every active Expert 1000 subscriber is eligible for upgrading to the Agency with the 50% discount. In addition to that, they will receive a 50% discount on the future Agency renewals.

How does the upgrade work in general?

If your license is not expired you can upgrade it.
You will be charged only for the relative part of the period remaining until your renewal date as upgrade doesn’t give you an extra year. The discount will be applied on that difference, no coupon needed.
