Elementor Educators Hosting Subscription
Terms and Conditions

As a student joining one of Elementor’s signed Educators courses, you are eligible to use the Elementor Hosting Basic subscription for free (the “Subscription” and “Free Trial Subscription”). The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to the Free Trial Subscription, and the following shall also apply. 

You can use the Free Trial Subscription in the dedicated link that you were shared with from within the course you joined (the “Dedicated Link”). The Subscription offer will be available for the term your Educator defined in the course details and/or syllabus  (the “Subscription Term”).

Free Trial Terms: 

• As a student joining one of Elementor’s signed Educators courses, you get a free trial of Elementor Hosting for a limited period of the Subscription Term, no credit card needed. 
• In order to be considered a participant in the Free Trial Subscription (“Participant”), you must register as an Elementor user and have an active Elementor account. In addition, you need to purchase the Subscription only via the Dedicated Link.
• The Dedicated Link shall allow you to receive a 100% discount on purchasing the Basic Elementor Hosting subscription for the Subscription Term.
• At the end of the Subscription Term, if Participants wish to keep their websites, they will need to pay for the Subscription, the full price as stated on our Pricing Page. The payment will be for a full year starting the purchase date. By purchasing an Elementor subscription, you will enjoy all the benefits as a paying customer.
• If the Participants choose not to purchase the subscription at the end of the Subscription Term, they will lose access to the website, it will be removed and deleted, and to all other users’ benefits.
• These Terms and Conditions are subject to change and \ or termination at any time at our sole discretion without notice.

General Terms: 

• If you wish to purchase a subscription plan that is not the Basic Elementor Hosting subscription, the discount will not apply. 
• The Participant will be able to receive our support as any other paying user.
• The Participant will not be able to get a refund for the Subscription purchased with the Dedicated Link. 

• The discounted purchase right after the Free Trial Subscription, shall only apply for the first year, and will not apply to any further or additional purchases or renewals.

• We may decline to provide the Free Trial Subscription for a specific Participant.
• The Dedicated Link is one-time, personal, and non-transferable. Free Trial Subscription is not for sale, and you may NOT sell this Subscription.
• The Free Trial Subscription and its benefits are not allowed to be shared anywhere outside of the specific course you are enrolled in.
• The Dedicated Link cannot be combinable with mail-in rebates and/or other coupons and/or other discounts. 
• When you participate in our Free Trial Subscription, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
• You hereby declare that you are eighteen (18) years old or older.
• Any misuse or abuse of the Subscription offered or suspected fraudulent activity related to the Free Trial Subscription might result in either withdrawal or denial of the discount, temporary or permanent revocation of the subscription, or; termination of access to the free or premium software and services offered by us.
