Elementor offers you a chance to get a Reward! All you need is to participate in a recorded interview session with our team. The recording will be used for internal purposes only. Participants will be eligible for the Reward that was promised on the invitation (the”Reward”).
The Elementor Terms of Service shall apply to this user interview (the “User Interview”’), and the following shall also apply.
Entry Requirements:
In order to participate in the User Interview and be considered as a participant (the “Participant”), you must:
- Schedule a session with an Elementor team member via the link you received from Elementor. When you register for the session, you will provide your full name, email address and country of residency.
- Attend the scheduled session, agree to the session being recorded for internal purposes, and collaborate with Elementor’s team members questions about your experience with Elementor and WordPress.
- Once the registration is completed, you will receive an invite to your email. The User Interviews shall be conduct via Zoom or Google Meet.
Interviews terms:
- As an Elementor customer, you may be invited to participate in an interview session with Elementor’s team members.
- During the interview itself, you will be asked about your usage and experience with Elementor products and other systems, their ongoing work processes, etc.
- The User Interview is not mandatory, you can decide if you are interested in participating or not. If you want to be considered as a participant, you can use the link in the invitation to schedule a session at a convenient time for you.
- We will not share your recordings or your details to any third party. The recording will be used for internal purposes only.
User Interview Term:
The Interviews will be scheduled via the link provided per the participant’s choice. The Reward will be provided within 7 work days from the day of the interview. The Reward will be sent via email to the participants. (the “Interview Term” or “Term”).
General Conditions:
- Participation in the User Interviews is prohibited for Elementor employees.
- When registering for the User Interviews, you also agree to be signed up for our newsletter and receive promotional offers from us.
- Any misuse or abuse or suspected fraudulent activity related to User Interview might result in either withdrawal or denial of the participation of the Reward .
- The Reward is personal, non-transferable, and non-replaceable.
- In case a Participant cannot get the Reward for technical reasons, they may get an equivalent amount in a different method, selected by Elementor, according to its sole discretion.
- By participating in the User Interviews the Participant releases Elementor from any liability. Elementor and its affiliates, employees, and agents will not be responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising from participation in the User Interviews or the use of the Reward.
- Elementor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the activity in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues. The User Interviews are subject to all applicable laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
- In case the Reward is a discount, it shall only apply for the first year of new subscriptions and will not apply for any renewals.
Rights and Permissions:
- By participating in the User Interviews, Participants and grant Elementor the right to use their names, images or videos, and feedback for the purpose of getting the Reward, and transparency purposes.
- The Participant agree to provide their email address and contact details for the purpose of receiving the Reward from Elementor.
