Your feedback and ideas have played a huge part in Elementor’s development, empowering web creators around the world. It’s what makes our product better.
As we grow, we’re stepping up and formalizing our research by organizing a group of creators and business owners to take part in user research interviews. These sessions are typically a one-on-one chat with a member of the UX team about a specific feature or topic, and last around 30 minutes.
When you sign up, we’ll ask a few questions about how you use Elementor for your business. This will help us reach out to you for the most relevant topics. Other times, we’ll invite everyone to share their voice. Either way, everything is voluntary and you can opt out any time. When you choose to take part, we’ll send a few time-slot options for your convenience.
Interviews are remote, so location isn’t an issue. All you need is a computer with Zoom and a stable connection. Sessions will be conducted in English.
Of course, privacy is our top priority. Your feedback is confidential and we’ll never share it with any third parties.
By taking part in user research, you’ll be helping us create an even better product that empowers millions of people. In return, you’ll get:
The data generated during research will be used to inform product development by helping us discover user needs and improve usability issues.
The information collected: a video recording of the interview, your name and your email.
Privacy and confidentiality: We may watch the recording of your session to improve our product. We will share your information with third parties but only for internal purposes. We will never sell your information.
You can withdraw your consent at any time: It is important that you understand that your participation is voluntary. This means that every participant can decide at any moment to unsubscribe from the participants database.
