Elementor offers you a 30-day money-back guarantee on any new purchase of an Elementor plan for Editor or Host, no questions asked. It does not apply to Add-ons.

The Black Friday sale discounts do not apply to renewals. If you have an active Elementor subscription, this is the best time of year to consider upgrading your plan to a higher one, as our Black Friday sale applies to new purchases and upgrades only, not renewals.

The sale discount can only be applied to purchases or upgrades made during the Black Friday sale period, from 8:00 EST November 25th, 2025, to December 3rd until 23:59 EST.

Even though you’re eligible for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, you will not be allowed to repurchase a subscription at a discount if your refund was granted between 8:00 EST November 25th, 2025, to December 3rd at 23:59 EST.

If your license has not expired, you can upgrade it. 

From My.Elementor, click ‘Upgrade’ on your desired subscription. When upgrading, we will subtract the value left, based on the remaining time and credits of your subscription. Once upgraded, your subscription’s annual billing cycle period will restart according to the date you upgraded.

In short, no. Sale discounts only apply to new purchases and upgrades made during the sale period. Moreover, our 30-day refund policy applies only to purchases of new Elementor Pro and Elementor Host subscriptions and cannot be used for upgrading existing plans.

You can, however, take advantage of the sale and upgrade your current subscription to a higher tier. Check our plans, discounts and features here. To upgrade, simply go to my.elementor.com.

It’s not possible to apply two promotional discounts for the same purchase. In any case, the Black Friday Sale offers generous discounts, so take advantage of this special opportunity from 8:00 EST November 25th, 2025, to December 3rd at 23:59 EST.

To see your discounted price, click ‘Upgrade’ on your desired plan in my.elementor.com. At checkout, we will credit you with the remaining value of your current subscription, based on time and credits left.

Note: Once you upgrade, your annual billing cycle restarts from the upgrade date.

No, you won’t lose. When upgrading, you will get credited for the remaining value of your current plan, and then a new annual cycle begins with your upgraded one.

How can I upgrade my license?

Once you are ready to upgrade, follow these steps:

1. Go to my.elementor.com and log in to your account.
2. Under the ‘Subscriptions’ tab, Click on “Upgrade” on the plan you want.
3. Enter your payment details.
4. Your license will immediately be upgraded.
