Promotion Terms and Conditions

Applicability & Relationship to Other Terms

• These Promotion Terms apply to all discounts and promotional offers made available by Elementor Ltd. (“Elementor”) during the Promotion Period.
• They are in addition to Elementor’s General Terms of Service and any product-specific terms, as detailed on your checkout/log-in process.

Eligibility

• The Promotion applies to new purchases and eligible plan upgrades completed during the promotion period.
• Renewals are excluded, unless expressly stated on the official pages.
• Customers whose previous Elementor subscriptions have expired may purchase a new plan under the Promotion.
• The Promotion does not apply to customers who received a refund for any Elementor product before the official start date of the Promotion and within the defined Look-Back Period. In other words, if you refunded a previous Elementor product during the Look-Back Period, you may not be eligible to repurchase that product using this promotional offer.
• Elementor may decline or revoke the offer for specific users at its discretion (for example, in cases of suspected abuse or policy violations).

Offer Structure & Modifications

• All details about the discounted plans, prices, and offers are available on Elementor’s official Black Friday web pages (link attached above).
• Elementor may modify, suspend, or withdraw any offer at any time, including during the Promotion Period.
• Unless otherwise stated, discounts apply only to the first billing term (usually one year) and will not apply to any plan renewals, from the expiry date and 30 days afterward.
• Standard pricing applies to renewals or later billing cycles.

Refunds, Upgrades & Exchanges

• Refunds are subject to Elementor’s Refund Policy.
• Certain plans (for example, AI Tools, Image Optimizer, or Site Mailer) may be non-refundable.
• If a refund is approved, the discount value may be deducted from the refund amount.
• If you upgrade or switch between eligible plans during the Promotion Period, you may retain the discount if permitted under the upgrade policy listed on the relevant product page.
• Any prorated credit or remaining balance will be handled according to Elementor’s standard upgrade process.

Non-Transferability & Combining Offers

• All discounts are personal and non-transferable.
• The Promotion cannot be combined with other discounts, rebates, or promotional codes unless specifically allowed on the official pages.
• Attempting to combine unauthorized offers may result in cancellation of the discount.

Misuse, Fraud & Tampering

• Any attempt to manipulate or misuse the Promotion, such as automated purchases, refund abuse, multiple-account activity, or false declarations, may result in:
  • Withdrawal or cancellation of the discount
  • Order or account suspension
  • Permanent revocation of licenses or services
  • Legal or financial action where permitted by law
• Elementor’s decision in such cases is final.

Communications & Privacy

• By using a promotion link or coupon, you agree to receive marketing communications (including our newsletter) from Elementor in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
• You may unsubscribe at any time, though transactional messages (like order confirmations) will still be sent.
• All personal data is processed as outlined in Elementor’s Privacy Policy.

Force Majeure, Suspension & Termination

• Elementor may modify, suspend, or end the Promotion if it determines that the offer cannot be run fairly or properly for reasons such as:
  • Technical or system failures
  • Unauthorized interference or fraud
  • Payment processor issues
  • Governmental restrictions
  • Force majeure or events beyond Elementor’s reasonable control

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elementor and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or related to this Promotion.
• Elementor’s total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the eligible discounted product.

Platform Disclaimer

• If this Promotion appears on or is shared via any third-party platform, it is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by that platform.
• Elementor bears no responsibility for the Promotion shared via any third-party platform.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• Except where prohibited by law, these Promotion Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
• The courts of Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from this Promotion.

General Provisions

• Severability: If any provision is found invalid, the rest remain effective.
• No waiver: Failure to enforce a term does not waive it.
• Updates: Elementor may revise these terms by posting an updated version on its website.
