However, in rare cases website kits may not install into your site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Issue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You select a website template and attempt to install the entire template. The process times out and the template is not installed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>[callout type=&#8221;note&#8221;]Some kits were made with sections and columns and some with containers. This means the selection of templates available will depend on whether or not you have the container feature active. [\/callout]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Possible causes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The most common cause of templates failing to install is that the process times out due to the size of the template and its content.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>There are two possible solutions to this issue:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ask your provider to increase your site\u2019s limits<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import the template in two steps.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ask your hosting provider<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If a template is too large for you to apply, you can ask your hosting provider to raise the following limitations on your site:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PHP Time Limit:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>PHP Max Input Variables:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Max Input Time:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Import a template in two steps<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When you install a template, you are given an option to only import part of a template. This allows you to import the template in two parts, avoiding timeout issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>To install a template in two parts<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Begin in the installation process.
