You may need to switch accounts of your Site mailer Plugin. For instance, if you transfer the site to a new owner.<\/p>\n\n\n[callout type=”note”]This option is not available for Elementor One users due to how One System works[\/callout]\n\n\n

To switch Site Mailer accounts<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Navigate to your WordPress dashboard and select Elementor<\/strong> > Email Deliverability<\/strong> from the left-hand menu.<\/p>

  2. Locate the account widget in the bottom-left corner of the Email Deliverability screen.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Click on the arrow beside current plan to open the account management menu.<\/p>

  4. Select Switch account<\/strong> from the list of options in the pop-up menu.<\/p>

  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to log in or connect to the new account.
