If you\u2019re an Elementor Hosting user experiencing a 500 error, reach out to our <a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/help\/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket\/\">Support team<\/a>.[\/callout]<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Issue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>500 errors are server errors originating from your website\u2019s server environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Possible cause<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Here are some of the most common causes for the 500 error:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Not enough memory allocated to your website<\/strong> \u2013 <a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/help\/requirements\/\">Elementor requires<\/a> 256 MB (Minimum) memory to function properly. If your website includes other plugins, we recommend 512MB. It might be that the memory allocated to your website is not enough to support its needs which results in a 500 error.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Third party plugin issue<\/strong> \u2013 If Elementor is not the only plugin you\u2019re using, this 500 error might originate from an issue with other plugins.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fatal Errors <\/strong>\u2013 A 500 error might be a result of another error, a fatal error. Check your website\u2019s server PHP error logs to find the cause of the problem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re not sure how to access your PHP error logs, ask your hosting company to provide it. You can then <a href=\"https:\/\/elementor.com\/help\/how-to-submit-a-support-ticket\/\">submit a support ticket<\/a> for Elementor support.
