Issue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Images are missing in the Template Library<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Possible causes & solutions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Low memory limit<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Increase the memory limit. Ask your hosting provider to raise the memory limit to 256MB.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Browser add-on<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Adblock browser add-ons may cause images to disappear. Temporarily disable them to see if it helps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mixed content issues<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Mixed content can make your pictures and icons disappear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Make sure that you do not<\/em><\/strong> have mixed content. For example, images or icons loaded via HTTP while your website uses the HTTPS protocol.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Server settings (file permission issues)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

The server can block the transfer of pictures in the following ways:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  • When importing templates from one localhost to another localhost. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • When importing templates from one site to another.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    To solve this issue, ask your hosting company to ensure the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      \n
    • The option allow_url_fopen is activated<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The function file_get_contents is not blocked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Try to import the templates again. The images should appear.<\/p>\n\n\n
